When I first walked in, everything looked fine. King size bed, black out curtains in two big windows but not in the narrow window beside the bed, couch with recliner at each end, a recliner, tv, three drawers under the tv, dining table with two chairs, kitchen with full size fridge, pots and pans, four each of plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, cups, glasses, one dish towel, one dish cloth, one pot holder, paper towels, coffee maker, coffee, one roll toilet paper, two bath towels, two hand towels, two wash cloths, tissues, two little bottles shampoo. First, I start to unpack and realize there’s no hangers in the closet/hot water heater room. My clothes were kept in my suitcase and unpacked as I needed as I didn’t feel good about putting in the three drawers under tv. The bathroom was filthy, the tub had at least three inches of dirty filthy scum around the entire bottom and up the side. The shower curtain was filthy. The corners of the floor and around sink floor was covered in black mold filth. The toilet had a yellow stain around the top of water. The floor was so sticky, my flip flops were sticking to it. The towels appeared clean and smelled fine. The fridge handles and door was filthy with dirt as was the kitchen floor sticky like the bathroom. The tub had to be scrubbed before I could shower. Also the tub drained so slow that water was up to my ankles when I showered. So bedtime comes and I could hear not only children but grown men and women yelling, laughing, talking till way after midnight all three nights that I was there. The bed had four pillows all flat and hard as a rock. The mattress was worn out, hard and lumpy. Every morning when the sun come up it would shine through the narrow window beside the bed right in my face and wake me up. Defeats the purpose of having blackout curtains in the living area. Every day I saw groups of people hanging out in front of rooms in chairs, sitting on stoops, smoking, drinking, talking. The place was like a commune. At night the parking lot would fill up with cars and there was dozens of people at the pool, and other common areas. Party all three nights that I was there. I didn’t see any security or security cameras. I will not stay there again. It is not a hotel as it’s advertised. It’s like those old motels from back in the day that were scattered all along hwy 17. I’d say most people here live here.

The price was right. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The desk overnight clerk was very accommodating and friendly. My only complaint was the continental breakfast was not edible. The yogurt date was not visible, the bread/muffins were stale. It was an all carb breakfast and not appetizing at all. Plenty of places close by to eat so that was a plus,

So first of all, when we first got there, a pack of peanuts was open on our desk so that should tell you how well the rooms were cleaned and checked. They say they aren't doing housekeeping because of Covid, but we ALL know it's a money saving thing. No other hotel is doing that. I live in Italy right now, where they take Covid WAY more seriously (vaccines/negative Covid test AND masks are required to stay in them) and every hotel still has housekeeping services. You can't act unconcerned when it comes to requiring masks in public spaces and then say it's too dangerous for the housekeepers to clean the room. It was annoying to have to go to them for clean towels after a few days. Now It feels weird to rate a hotel so low because of their Internet, but here we are. My husband and I were visiting from overseas, which means if we didn't have Wifi, we didn't have Internet. Period. So the first day we were there, the wifi that required a password didn't come up in our options, so we just went with the public one. After a few days, we were apparently locked out of it. So we go to the staff. They were NOT helpful. The front desk person basically said that sometimes the wifi didn't work in the rooms (ridiculousness!) and that if we wanted to use it, we had to come out to the lobby. Really?? That made me so upset. Then when my husband pushed, we were given a customer service number for some random company that handles wifi for numerous hotels. The people on that line required us to give them the IP address of our devices so they could manually allow us permission to use the public wifi. It was so outrageous that we couldn't use the wifi in our rooms and that we had to go to THAT much trouble. We were planning on staying here a week later, but I canceled and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express instead. MUCH better hotel.

The best overnight hotel at the best price. My wife and I always look for a cheap price for an overnight hotel. For what we paid I was not expecting as nice a hotel as this Days Inn. Nice job Days Inn staff. Thanks,

I read many reviews of this place leading me to believe this would be a good choice for an overnight stay. It is more complicated than that. We arrived late. I had called to inform them of this and they were understanding and polite. When we drove in, the lighting outside and in the parking lot was poor. The building is under some sort of construction and there was a boarded up window. In the parking lot there were folks congregated, not sure if it was ”working folk” or just a small private situation . This is a three floor motel/hotel. There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues this is problematic. There are signs saying no smoking but the building had a cigarette smell. The stairway and halls had a filthy rug. The wall on the third floor, where our room was was all beat up . The room was better. No rugs and no signs of any bugs. It was basically clean. They have odd square pillows that are not good, lumpy and old The bathroom was clean. It has a curved shower curtain rod, but the shower head was coming out of the wall There was a woman milling about on the floor, talking on her phone it was after midnight. I could be wrong, but I got the impression folks were living there . I have done many road trips and am familiar with budget accomodations. This stay did not match the reviews. If you can afford to pay more I would recommend staying elsewhere
