I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip! Jan and Patrick

I booked a 2 night stay and arrived at 11pm ,as soon as I got to my room 638B there was a problem I was given a connecting room. the unit 638A is a 2 bedroom unit, together the units makes a 3 bed room, the guest next door most likely didn’t want a 3 bed room so the resort rented out the 3rd bed room to me( unacceptable ). I booked a studio and was given a 3rd bed room in someone else’s unit ,the lock connecting the rooms was open it was basically 1 door just like the ones in your home it’s like I was in the kids room and my neighbors were in my living room I could hear everything and vise Versa. Security had to come up to lock the connecting door I seen my neighbors when security opened the connecting door so very uncomfortable, I told security I did not feel safe and wanted to move and was told to speak to a manager I went to front desk and asked for a supervisor and (Ryan) stated he was the supervisor I explained the room was horrible and was told why didn’t I say something sooner. No help what so ever did not change my room ,refund me he just put a note in the computer system saying I did not like the room given to me .On top of that maintenance had to come up to fix the balcony door and bathroom door I checked in at 11pm ,room is supposed to be ready at 4pm and they fixing all this stuff now ? Next morning I was told I can use the amenities at the sister property Westgate resort and spa I drove 30 mins and was told I could not use the amenities. When I got back to my resort to tell (Ryan) I was asked if I was given an amenities card I said no when he was the one who told me I can use the sister property’s amenities. My room was freezing I shut my AC off but since I’m actually in a 3rd bed room my neighbors AC is connected to my room I’m receiving the cold air from unit 638A what a horrible stay the room was dirty staff doesn’t care about you once they’ve received your money, and on top of all the maintenance and security coming to my room and me wasting 30 mins driving to a sister property and getting denied, I asked if I could do a late check out and was told (NO) on top of all these problems I’ve had. I will never give any Westgate brand a penny of my money ,my family’s money, my friends ,coworkers ,anyone that’s willing to listen money , stay away these are horrible people that run this place.

Nice hotel, apartment style, you can cook your own food. It is an extra park fee. Unlike other hotels, it will not actively clean the room. I used to call for cleaning, and the reply would only change the towels. Khan 😓 Ctrip's service is not bad, but the agent used by Ctrip is bad! Negative Ratings! Negative Ratings! During the extraordinary period, all hotels can negotiate a refund. Two of the three of us caught a cold, and the agent refused to refund for the fee. I booked this hotel because I wanted to go to Disneyland, but I didn't dare to get together in crowded places. The location of the hotel is good, there are many delicious food nearby and there are also large supermarkets and gift centers. Parking is free. Never book a hotel with an agent in the future! I trust Ctrip. I didn't expect the communication to be so strenuous!

Stayed 2 nights in the margaritaville hotel as part of a visit to Disney MK. Check in was smooth, the room had two queen beds with a gorgeous bathroom and balcony with views of Disney fireworks at night! The pool area was fabulous, clean, warm water, shallow for children to play and a tiki bar! Decoration in the foyer and rooms gorgeous and tropical! Easy and quick shuttle coach arranged on the day to get to and from AK or MK....free! Would highly recommend!

Superb, there are four rooms in the villa, the space is quite big, there is Wal-Mart nearby, you can buy things to eat yourself, more convenient than in the lobby, the hotel door can also park ~
Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration

A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.
