Dishwasher, fridge with freezer. There are ceramic hob, oven and coffee maker. General equipment: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed + additional sofa bed (up to a maximum of 6 pesons). Fresh linen & towels are provided by the landlord. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. Our apartment in Moorbadstr. 3 in the Buching / Berghof district comprises 84m² of living space on the ground floor of a new building and was completed at the end of 2015. Living room / kitchen are very bright, with a view of the Buchenberg. The 20m² terrace in front belongs to the apartment. From the edge of the garden you can see Neuschwanstein Castle (when visibility is good). Bathroom and bedroom each have a large window on the west side (natural stone light wells), whereby the bedroom is a little darker due to the slope and room size. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom, light / sand-colored tiles were chosen and all other floors are made of high-quality oak-look vinyl. The interior consists of new high-quality furniture, mattresses etc. -> You will find all “further information” in the text below ...Access to the apartment is via the path / the outside stairs on the east side. There are two parking spaces on the opposite side of the street.***Living areas & sleeping places (ideal for 3 people, maximum 3 adults + 1 child and 1 baby in the master bedroom):- approx. 32 m² living / dining room including fully equipped kitchen- approx. 25m² bedroom with double bed 180x200cm, sofa bed (lying area 80x195cm, high quality "long-term sleeper") and a children's travel bed- approx. 6m² children's room with single bed 90x200cm- approx. 10m² bathroom with double vanity, bath tub, walk-in shower, toilet, urinal- about 11sqm hallway***Others:- approx. 20m² terrace incl. You can park bicycles and prams in our lockable garage.
