The apartment environment is superb! The rooms can see the charming lake and the mountains on the opposite bank. By the lake, there is a private lakeside lawn, and you can quietly enjoy the beautiful scenery on the deck chairs on the lakeside lawn. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the apartment rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with induction cookers and other kitchen equipment, so you can cook by yourself. The service attitude is good. It is about 10 kilometers away from Neuschwanstein Castle. If you drive by yourself, it is a very good choice. Very recommended.

We tried for a meal at another restaurant which was fully booked for two days! I asked for a recommendation and they came up with this wonderful alternative. Small, cosy atmosphere, great food. Burgers were quality, packed full of meat and my Ham Hock (Schweinaxe) was the best I had tasted throughout our stay. Excellent service, quality food and great value. Highly recommended. Thank you!

This is a hotel that integrates restaurants and hotels. The restaurant on the first floor is the guest room upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don't know if the parking space across the road is not it), it should be first come first stop. There is a good supermarket more than 100 meters away. Very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, it is only three or four kilometers. The location is still very good. There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If you remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and air conditioning was not used.

We spent only one night in the hotel Waldmann during our trip. We were very-very satisfied with the service, our room and the cleanliness and would like to come back :) I would like to recommend the hotel further.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to the castle . Very clean hotel with a restaurant that serves fantastic food. Breakfast was even better with menu similar to brunch . That was really the highlight. Room is spacious and bed comfortable . Our room faces vast greenery and mountain . Very efficient checking in and out . Loved the hotel and will definitely be back.

Would definitely recommend for families. Lots of space both in the room but also for kids to run around outdoors. They can check out the horses, use the playground and also 2 mins walk to the lakeside Loved the breakfast . Especially the view ! Makes everything taste nicer and gets you off to a great mood. Only downside is that there’s no one around after 5pm so if you need something, you have to wait for the morning.

This is the best hotel if you are planning to visit Castle of Neuschwanstein. Make sure you booke the main building. We booked the Jagerhaus by mistake. It is a seperate building just a few steps away but the decor is very old style and nothing like the modern ”MAIN” building. We were able to discuss with the front desk and upgrade for a small price to the main building. Breakfast was very nice in the main building.....another reason to stay there.....what you would expect from a boutique 5 star in the area. The spa (pool and sauna) is fantastic. Amazing view of outside while enjoying either.
