We stayed at this hotel on a half board basis which I would not recommend. We travelled as a family of three with a six-year-old. Poor choice for children. Kids buffet was haphazard, not guaranteed every night. Only one main choice for dinner so if you are vegetarian, no option for you. if there was salad there was no soup if there was soup there was no salad! Hardly any bar staff on to get a drink with your meal no one really checking dinner Tickets so you could probably eat dinner there and not pay. Aside from that room was okay. Cleaning service again is haphazard, i had to ask three times to get it cleaned. location is very central, so really handy for zero point and all main central immunities but be warned that comes at a price. It can be quite noisy. Overall I would not stay again.

Where do i start Just an out of the world place to be. The hotel was amazing well worth the upgrade beautiful room. I stay all over the world and many hotels but this was lovely beautiful spacious clean. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough we where all so so sad to leave and are now looking at booking for a return. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Indoor heating prevents the feeling of cold air near the window.The Igloo has 55” nanocell smart TV with wall mount (antenna signal) and 40“ smart TV (online media, Netflix, Amazonprime, etc.) in the loft for watching evening movies. At your disposal are also microwave oven, washing machine with drying functionality, air source heat pump (also for cooling in summer), hair dryer. The cabin always has a wonderful warm floor, thanks to the underfloor heating.There is a ski storage cabinet attached to the outer wall (located backside of the cabin). Sky Iglo offers an exciting holiday for both couples and families. A family with two children can easily stay in this cabin for a week. A separate log cottage for 4+2 persons (75 m²), built in 2005, situated in Kittilä on the beach of river Ounasjoki. Distance to Kittilä approx. 13 km and to Levi and Ylläs ski resorts about 30 km. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other with 2 separate beds, livingroom/kitchen with a convertible bed/sofa, sauna, shower, toilet, fireplace (baking oven above the fireplace is not in use). Wlan.Water in the tap contains iron, which causes smell and taste into the water. However, it's examined and safe to drink. Client can also bring own drinking water. There is a seldom-used fishing cottage beside this cottage. However, it's occupied about one time during summer time and beside the fishing cottage the next neighbor is 500 m away. Shooting track in the neighborhood (distance 1,5 km as the crow flies).Prices are included final cleaning. Bed linen are available for rent. Pets are allowed. Extra fee for pets.Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

The kitchen has hobs and a separate mini oven, which should only be used under the extractor fan and not same time with hobs.The apartment has Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (second TV in the loft).The house has in shared use a laundry room, warm room for ski maintenance, also own lockable storage cabinet and heat plug for the car. Renovated apartment in the center of Levi. All services within walking distance. For example, restaurants 300-600 m, spa 650 m, ski slope 650 m, golf course 4 km.The apartment has one parking space, for which the guest must register with the ParkkiPiste application or via the website. Registration is free of charge.

the bed was small and the bathroom‘s shower head was broken and there were no shampoo and body wash in the room.won’t recommend.

Would like to give a higher rating as we had a wonderful 3 night trip to Levi but accommodation was disappointing. When booking through Tui it was not clear that we were not staying in the hotel. Was a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel, across a road, which was inconvenient as one adult with a young child in snowy conditions. When I asked if anything could be done was told a straight no by the receptionist. No Wi-Fi or internal phone to call the hotel in our apartment. Was very basic and more suited to self catering. Sauna did not work, and on our second day had no hot water for a shower. Shower leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Was opposite a garage/supermarket so felt quite lonely and not part of the hotel complex. Was unsure the door locked properly when inside so had to put a chair and table against it to feel more secure. Friends were staying in the main hotel and had a much nicer and convenient room. Had to try to explain to my child why we did not have decorations and Christmas lights in our accommodation like them. Positive things are great location for the town and ski/sledging slope, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Would love to visit Levi again but unlikely to return to this hotel or book with Tui.
