Nice view, good hotel

Excellent hotel. optimal value for money and location on Pattaya beach. Large rooms, beach towels and sun loungers on the beach in sufficient quantities. Very tasty breakfasts ranging from freshly squeezed juices to red fish. Always 2-3 types of meat for breakfast. Lots of fruits, delicious pastries. And a lot of other things for different tastes. There are 2 bottles of water in the room every day.

It would be easy to misunderstand that "Beachfront" can apply only to a single unit, while the majority are actually perpendicular to it! That aside, the property was well maintained, well-located and the unit itself pristine and well-appointed. Great location on main beach, quiet. Breakfast adequate and staff generally lovely. Would stay here again.

I had a lovely stay. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plenty of shelves and drawers to unpack all your stuff. Friendly staff, clean facilities, buffet breakfast with a lot of options, great location on the beach, few minutes from the walking street. Amazing massages right in front of the resort.

It was ok for us. Nothing like the photos but it works. We had a room at the beach front villa. It was was a fee steps to the beach. Great location on Pattaya beach. Quiet side of the beach. Walking distance to Walking Street. We had AC and hot water. Rooms older but it was cleaned. Breakfast was just alright but it was nice having breakfast outside by the beach. We did encountered poor wifi, broken towel hangers in the shower, shower pressure low and our blanket was strapped in so tight underneath the bed that I can’t pull the blanket passed stomach. I either moved my pillows half way and stick my feet off the bed or slept kind of side way. First night there was -maybe a rat running across the room and then to the table below the TV dropping card keys, bag, trying to eat my wrapped chocolate bar. Will I stay here again? Probably not unless I do last minute bookings again.

The hotel has a nice location on the quiet side of Pattaya beach. But there was very low water pressure, the beds were very uncomfortable - rock hard mattress! We stayed here for 4 nights, and my back hurt so badly afterwards. The breakfast buffet is ok, there’s a fine selection and a nice coffee machine.

What a pity! We stayed 6 nights in a Beachfront bungalow. The view over the green see and the white sand was amazing! But - no warm water for 6 days!! - 5 carpets in the room full with dust and dirty Cleaning stuff awful - 3 ladies sitting on my bed, chatting in mobile phones. The last three days I didn't want them anymore. - the breakfast poor! The coffeemachne didn't work - Coffee terrible. All over cheap cheap... But convientent for the local ppl. All from oversea stay away! Every night from 6 pm until 1 am bumm bumm in 2 Bars - no chance for a good sleep. Every day the longtail boats sooo noisy and be careful if you go snorkeling or swimming - they don't care about you! The Transfer was instead 2 hours speed boat 3,5 hours... Stopped 2 times for local passengers for Photos. All over koh lipe a lot of trash - the 2 years of C. are not used for renovations or cleaning.

We stayed here for 5 nights in Dec 2021. The beach was clean but there were some rocks along the beach. The room met the photo on their website. We had dinner at hotel’s restaurant once and it was good. Price is slightly cheaper than restaurants on walking street. Breakfast choice was small but getting more variety when they have more guests.

The location is spectacular, a stone's throw from the beach, abundant and varied breakfast. Very kind staff and super advantageous prices. It was a truly fabulous stay. The only flaw is the room. Very spacious but very noisy (we were not far from the kitchens) and the bathroom certainly needs to be improved a lot. Fortunately, coming to Koh Lipe the time spent in the room is very little so it went well.

I re-chosen the Bella Vista for its location in PattataBeach: there are no boats, quiet, sunbeds always available, two large trees for shade. Rich breakfast, nothing is missing. Attentive and helpful staff. Our room 503 is very large with TV (Italian channels via YouTube) cleaning and beach towels present. Pattaya beach can be walked very well even barefoot 1.5 km. 300m from WalkingStreet where there is everything !!! Highly recommended!!!

Except for the nearby beach, the hotel does not offer any positive things. - at the beach bungalow oceanfront.... - no hot water - restaurant only has 5 dishes out of 40 - dirty water from the tap - poor breakfast - the pattaya beach is the party side of the island and it is not to sleep until 1am cover. This hotel is absolutely not recommended for foreign guests who want peace and want good service.

Dear prospective guests of the Hotel Bella Vista in Koh Lipe, I would like to review this accommodation, where four of us stayed for 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Our arrival at the hotel initially went without problems, we were greeted with a welcome drink and were allowed into our rooms shortly afterwards before the official check-in time. Up until then everything was fine... On the first night, at around midnight local time, we were shocked in the middle of the night: 2 giant cockroaches in the room on the edge of the bed between the bed frame and the mattress (see photos). We were initially in shock and wanted to report this to reception. At midnight, there was no reception manned, no security, and no member of staff. We couldn't reach anyone using the phone number on the business card we had left, so if anyone loses the key to the room, they can spend the night on the loungers on the beach... We were then forced to start cleaning our room ourselves during the night to make sure there were no more insects in the room. Of course, we knew that we had a bungalow room and that there could always be insects or other small vermin. After we brought the cockroaches outside, we were able to lie down in bed and sleep with one eye closed. The next day, of course, we complained and addressed all of these complaints. We were offered an upgrade or another cleaning of the room... However, this had to be thoroughly cleaned beforehand. We specifically asked the staff before checking in to clean the room thoroughly. The money we paid for this cockroach resort is definitely not worth a cent. The only good thing about the resort is the location and the beach.

After 1 hour they come to see us to tell us that they don't have our dishes after all. I specify that the room was practically empty. And when our dishes arrived, they weren't the right ones and the servers were obviously laughing. If Philippe Etchebest was present he would have had a stroke. Restaurant to AVOID!!!!!!
