Hotel is located next to the highway. The car park is an internal smartpark system. So no need to park in public park area. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Choice of Japanese or Western breakfast. The spa bath was great, large bed and good airco system. Big TV and with great surround sound speakers on the ceiling. Design was modern and refreshing. Staff was friendly. They could have told me that breakfast would be delivered, I did not know this.

The flight was delayed that night. It took off more than an hour late and arrived at Kansai Airport more than an hour late. After that, many people queued up to pass customs. It took more than an hour. When we arrived at the airport lobby, there was no transportation to reach Kobe, so Usually ctrip negotiates with the hotel. After many negotiations, the hotel did not handle it as appropriate.
