The room is very clean and the windows can be opened for ventilation. I am very satisfied.

The room was clean and I was able to relax even though I only stayed overnight! There was a wide variety of amenities and the staff were very friendly!

It was close to a contracted parking lot and the surrounding area was convenient for finding food. I guess it was a school trip? It was very crowded at breakfast time and I had to wait a bit, which was a shame. The free bicycle rental was very helpful. I would like to use it again.

The location is good, very close to Sannomiya and the beach. You can also rent bicycles.

As soon as I entered the room, I looked into the bathtub and there was a hair on the floor, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was clean and tidy. It's a little far from the station, so if you have luggage, it's better to take a taxi. All the staff at the front desk were nice.
