Nicely located next to port tower, not too far from subway station, a few minutes walk from China Town. Shuttle service for train station, but depending on traffic it might not be that faster. The hotel is not brand new and it shows, but rooms are still nice and tidy regardless with all equipment one could expect. Public bath is fantastic, with sona, hot, hotter and cold baths. Nice amenities in general. Nice and helpful staff.

Hotel has a good location just a stone's throw from the famous Kobe Port Tower. Only the style, equipment and furniture are old. In addition, the hotel overlooks a highway on one side, which creates terrible noise for light sleepers like me.

Very comfortable experience! The public bath on the 3rd floor is especially not to be missed! The breakfast is rich and delicious. The only drawback is that the Japanese-style room I stayed in did not have a bathroom.

I stayed here to run in the Kobe Marathon. It was close to Kobe Port, Motomachi, and Nankinmachi, and a short subway ride to Sannomiya. The location was great. The large public bath was also wonderful. The welcome drink was also great. I'll definitely use this hotel again. The breakfast was good, but I wish they'd opened at 6:45, even just on the day of the Kobe Marathon. I could see the Port Tower from my room.

I stayed here to go to Suma with a friend. It was close to the station and easy to get to, so I'd like to use it again. The Japanese-style room and the large communal bath were great, but it was a hassle to have to go outside to use the shared toilet. I wish there were more mirrors in the rooms.

This is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Japan. I was a little worried when I saw the ratings when booking. The room is large and it is right next to Kobe Tower, Meriken Park and the port. It is not far from the commercial district and Sannomiya Station. The front desk staff is especially nice. There are many locals staying here.
