The stay was excellent. The accommodation was beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the management and staff were truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway in. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches, with schedules available at the reception. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return again in the future.

The space was very spacious. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety. The staff provided excellent service, were very friendly, and gave great recommendations. The facilities were very good.

We first stayed at this hotel in 2013, and decided to return for a couple of days before flying to Bangkok. It feels like the hotel's best days are behind it; there's a sense of neglect. The breakfast is meager, and there aren't many guests. There are a few peacocks on the grounds now, but there used to be many more. Overall, it's quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is not far from the pier and has complete facilities. The staff provides good service and the food is delicious.

I don't understand why this hotel has so many good reviews, but I want to write honestly, as someone who has worked in tourism for 20 years and seen a lot. The hotel definitely doesn't live up to its category. The biggest downsides are: there's no sea, the tide is very low every day, so you definitely can't swim here, and the knee-deep water that comes in in the afternoon smells like fish, and even while you're sitting at breakfast, there's a very unpleasant fish smell. But if you want, there's a shuttle that takes you to a good beach several times a day. The pool is dirty with green water; I was snorkeling, and there were tons of hair and sand at the bottom. The water doesn't circulate. In the morning, they pour two buckets of chlorine to disinfect the pool, and then it turns blue for a short while. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, but tired. The tiles and plumbing need replacing. There were a lot of ants and cockroaches in the room. When we reported them, a worker came to exterminate them and treat them with ant repellent. On the plus side, the room has a large TV with YouTube access, a refrigerator, a tea station, a comfortable bed, and daily cleaning and towel changes. Peacocks roam the grounds (but that's not the main reason to come here). Breakfast is modest; there's a coffee machine with real coffee, pancakes, omelets like everywhere else, sausages and ham, and fruit. There were no yogurts or cheeses, and the juices were watered down. A lot of the equipment in the gym is broken. It depends on your preference, but for me, the sea and pool are key features in a place like this, so I wouldn't go back. There are plenty of cheaper and better options on the coast.

This hotel is located in the northwest of Koh Chang, facing a calm bay, so you won't find the typical waves you'd see on a white sand beach. Kayaking is a highlight here, and they even have peacocks! The staff are very attentive, cleaning the rooms daily. Prices on the island aren't high. The hotel is a bit far from town, so having your own transportation is recommended. Overall, it's perfect for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' type of vacation.

I liked the hotel, it has beautiful grounds, a restaurant with a view, and good breakfasts. However, the pool is shallow, and the sea is either at low tide or cloudy. It's far from everything. We ordered a taxi at reception to go to Klong Prao for 500 baht. It would be better if you have a car or a motorbike.

This hotel was a surprising and authentic find! The whole place has a classic Thai wooden style, and the rooms are huge with amazing sea views. Waking up to that view each morning was just wonderful… While the decor is a bit older, the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. My favorite part was the huge balcony – perfect for comfortably zoning out. The breakfast was excellent, with different dishes every day, featuring fresh vegetables and fruits. What was really unexpected was the number of peacocks 🦚 strolling around the hotel grounds. They weren't afraid of people at all. To be honest, I was a bit scared of them myself; their calls were quite loud! Sometimes, two peacocks would even stand guard right outside my room, making it hard for me to get in. 🏡 The only inconvenience was that there are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel. You have to take the hotel's shuttle bus to get out. Once you reach White Sand Beach, you can shop or eat freely. It was a bit of a hassle, to be honest. The hotel's food was also a bit expensive and, more importantly, not very good. Since I stayed for many days, I ended up buying a lot of things from 7-Eleven to bring back to my room. Service: Excellent, very friendly attitude. Environment: I highly recommend the environment and the hotel's beach 🏖️ – it's perfect! If you're looking to just relax and not do any shopping, this place is definitely worth considering.

The hotel is quite a distance from several beaches, so you'll need to rent a scooter or car to get around. However, there are a few very sharp turns on the road towards White Beach, which makes driving quite thrilling. Aside from that, this hotel is still great. It's not crowded, and you can go kayaking and paddleboarding. It's perfect for a relaxing and leisurely vacation.

This hotel, in my personal opinion, is fantastic, though it might not be the best fit for students due to its somewhat remote location compared to other hotels, which also makes it very quiet. You'll need to use the hotel shuttle, rent a car, or rent a scooter to get around. Staying here feels like being on a secluded peninsula, thanks to the hotel's private and exceptionally clean beach, perfect for swimming and kayaking. The hotel offers both stand-alone villas and townhouses; while they might be a tad older, the space is generous, and they all boast incredible ocean views. It's ideal for those looking to escape the city hustle and just relax, as well as families with children. What's more, the hotel provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the port, and the staff's attitude is superb; my husband and I were extremely satisfied. Plus, you can easily book snorkeling trips and scooter rentals at the front desk without a deposit, which is very convenient.
