Samer Your House is a great accommodation option on Samed Island, but be sure to contact the host immediately after booking to confirm your reservation. I booked in February for March, arrived to check in and found out that the room had been rented to another guest. I was placed by host to another property that was much worse than what I had booked. The holiday was ruined

Everything was perfect. The room is clean and beautiful. The bed is very large and comfortable. The shower room is clean and the water pressure is good. Beautiful courtyard, very cozy to sit in the evening. The staff is very responsive. A great choice on Samed Island.

So I stayed for couple of nights and 3 days in this property. The location is not that bad it’s just 2 mins walk to Sai Kaew Beach. One thing that I liked was that it was hushed at night time and t’was good for me to sleep. On my first night of staying, I killed 2 cockroaches in the washroom , so I thought that if they will clean properly the room would be more pleasant and clean.

Everything good, friendly staff, convenient and quiet location but there was one huge problem with smelly towels, they needed to be washed only with detergent without softener. Softener locks moisture inside which provides perfect environment for bacteria to grow.

The hotel is located in a good location, very close to the main street leading to the beach. But you can't hear the street noise. However, you can hear your neighbors on the nearest terrace, but this is not critical. The terrace itself is large, there is a clothes dryer and a table at which it was nice to have breakfast. But mosquitoes can bite you in the evening, take your own products. The hotel is clean, there is shampoo, shower gel, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer and air conditioning. Towels, trash cans are changed every day and the floors are wiped. We really liked this hotel!

The hostess is very kind and responsive. You can rent a Honda Click from her without a deposit and a passport for 300 baht. Overall I liked the stay. The room had few insects and was quite clean. The bed linen is clean, there are many pillows, the mattress is hard and elastic. Just right for a sore back. I recommend.

It's very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. It's also very close to 7-11, only 2 minutes away. There are also several restaurants and massages nearby. The bathroom is big and clean.

For small cars, there are many businesses doing this before crossing the island, parking for a day is only 100, the parking merchant will let you take their speedboat for 300 per person, in fact, you can just buy a ticket for the big boat, don't believe them, you have to wait a long time for the big boat, the big boat is always there, this one leaves, that one comes again, they will have a free motorcycle to take you to buy a ticket, you just need to tell him you buy a ticket for the big boat, 120 round trip.

From Bangkok to Pattaya to Rayong and back to Bangkok, this hotel is the worst in all aspects. Their car rental is indeed more expensive than others. The bathroom is more spacious, but the room is relatively small

I stayed in a 2-room room for 3 nights. The rooms are not big, but the impact is not big. If you have a second child, it will be too small. I recommend it for one child. The main location is very convenient. You can rent a car when going out to restaurants. It is only a few minutes to Diamond Beach. , and both 711 stores are available, which is extremely convenient.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. When you go out, turn left to reach the pier. Turn right to shops and restaurants. The room is very clean and the environment is very good.
