Nice little split level duplex. 2 queen beds on upper level , with glass sliding door and own ac. Big double day bed and massive TV downstairs. Fridge and kettle. Separate shower and toilet. Bit of a communal seating area right outside. Owners very good communication and helpful. Rented scooter for 300.

It’s a tiny hidden room. That’s it. Doesn’t feel safe. Just random room tucked in a bushy dark area. No thanks. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I have stayed at Flamingo Villa before (In the Garden Room), but this time I decided to stay in the loft room, which apparently is called the Family Room. Flamingo Villa is somewhat strange, since the "Hotel" is basically three rooms within the Samed Your House hotel. Our neighbors actually knocked on our door to try and check in ~ You need to call the phone number for Flamingo Villa in order to check in, as someone will come out to meet you. So, bottom line up front: Flamingo Villa is awesome, but get ready to kill a lot of mosquitos! The owners do a good job of lighting incense sticks to try and keep the them away, but there are fountains around the area and the mosquitos are no joke. I would say I killed at least 10 in our room, so it is super important to make sure you close the sliding doors behind you every time you go in and out of the room. The Family Room was awesome. The lower floor is basically a living room with a large day bed and a big TV with great speakers. The toilet room is separate from the shower. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep, but once you get up there it is really nice. There are two queen beds in the loft, and the glass wall and sliding door separate the bedroom from the main room, which is great because the bedroom has its own AC unit, and the glass keeps out the mosquitoes. The beds were comfortable, but be careful because the ceiling is very low above the beds. The view from up in the loft is very peaceful, and the owners obviously spent a lot of time decorating the place (The Christmas tree was still up while we were there). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Sai Kaew Beach, and the pier for the ferry is only a 10 minute walk ~ but you can take a mini bus if you would like. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores, and there are two 7-11s close to the beach. We rented a motor bike the last time we were in Koh Samed, but Sai Kaew Beach seems to be the nicest on the island, so we just hung out there. I love Flamingo Villa, and I am sure I will stay there again in the future.

The room is beautifully decorated, the outside private mini-garden is very nice too. But the room is pretty small, just for one person.

Nice little hotel we stayed in the down stairs room no window and shower over toilet,the owner has spent a lot of money on this place tiling in shower to a very high standard, did have one concern didn’t see a smoke alarm and not having a window and walkway to get out was a bit scary, also if someone is in the loft room with kids above you there is a lot of noise, we had to get up first night to tell them to keep the noise down.

I really love the place and it was so cozy! I highly suggest this hotel since near to the road.

Perfect location, great design, clean and well equipped, huge TV with Netflix available, really nice « garden » view from the bed, close to all the restaurants and 3min walk to the beach

Villa is too strong a name, of course. This is not a separate building, but a block of guesthouses. In the gateway, next to the same small rooms. There is very little space, I opened the suitcase and couldn’t get through. Once upon a time there was a high-quality renovation, apparently now everything is already damaged, there is mold on the walls

The environment is okay, pastoral style, quite beautiful, but the bath water is too small, basically like there is no pressure. In addition, the toilet flush button is broken. I went to the front desk, but there was no one at the front desk. I tried to find it the next day, but it didn't work. I wanted to leave, but didn't look for it. I lifted the water tank cover, pulled out the float, and flushed. Koh Samet is so small that one day’s stay is enough. You can even come early and not stay there.

Stayed here for the second time. The impression is the clean room, beautiful bathroom, soft bed, big TV, cool air conditioning, close to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to Sai Kaew Beach. Not far from the pier too. Garden room Looks good in person. You can check in on time and leave your things. Cute housekeeper

The room is very good, clean, beautiful, small but just right. Very good service. Recommended from the beginning of the trip before reaching the accommodation. Deduct a few points from the location because it's in the back, dark, there are people setting up a band, after taking a break you want to continue. I recommend it.

It's only 3-4 stars at best. It's an average hotel, nothing special or amazing, but it's clean and acceptable. The room has all the basic equipment, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom🛁. The best thing is probably the large piece of glass where you can enjoy the city night view while taking a bath. The breakfast buffet is on the second floor, but there are not many choices. There is a lot of traffic on the main road outside the restaurant near the restaurant. If you go to the right, there is a 7-11 and some hot stir-fry stalls, which are about 3-4 hundred meters ahead. There is a restaurant with super delicious chicken rice😋

The decoration is very comfortable, the small garden is beautiful, warm and tasteful. It was great for our family of two adults and two children to live there. The boss is also very nice. He will light mosquito coils at the door every night and turn on the electric fan in the garden. Washed clothes can also be dried on outdoor hangers, making it feel like living at home. A few minutes away from the beach, not far. It's just that it's in an alley, so it's not easy to find at first.
