Not bad hotel with large green garden. Its not new and its like more 4 stars. Beach is really small and you can walk along only in low tide. Stuff is really friendly. Breakfast is ok. Good for this money. Room is well-equipped.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of 4. The room on the first floor with a terrace and a view of the jungle was beautiful, we all sat comfortably - a huge king-size bed and a lorry. The restaurant deserves special attention. We walked along the shore and realized that this is the only restaurant at the hotel where you can have breakfast and dinner very, very close to the sea under the palm trees swaying overhead. Breakfast is standard and delicious. I especially liked the latte in a beautiful glass. Beautiful sunsets from the restaurant. The sea is swimmable only to the right of the hotel, or at high tide in front of the hotel. There are stones in front of the hotel. It didn't matter to us. We went swimming in Chaweng. The hotel is cozy, small and beautiful. All in green. There is good water pressure in the bathroom, two bathrobes. Perhaps next time we came back for a few days to enjoy the views.

We traveled with two children, 14 and 11 years old. We stayed for one night on November 27. I will immediately make a reservation about the weather - November is not the time to visit Samui and especially Phangan, if you are planning a beach holiday, because at this time it is cloudy and there are big waves, we were on different beaches there and there. The hotel itself made a very good impression! Service, territory, cleanliness, everything is great! We had dinner at the hotel, this is the first time during our two-week tour of different hotels, and it was the right decision, delicious! Breakfast is also very good! Not a huge variety, but more than enough for breakfast. They helped us organize a transfer to Phangan, thank you very much! One wish about the pillows, very hard, at least one of the two softer)))) we will be happy to come back and not for one night! Thank you.

Relaxing hotel with direct access to the sandy beach. Please note that the shoreline is completely submerged at high tide, but you can lie on the sun loungers on the sand on site. In winter, the sea is quite calm, it is quite possible to swim. The territory for Samui hotels is quite large, almost a tropical forest. The rooms are spacious. The Deluxe with garden view was even more like the villas in terms of location. Separate houses near the beach, restaurant and second pool - there is not much privacy there. Easy access to other beaches. Walk to the ring road 5-7 minutes. There's a shop there. Prices for food in the hotel are average.

Thank goodness I had antibacterial wipes to clean my very grubby room and bathroom the evening I arrived!! I was booked for 3 weeks. Tried to settle but as the days went on it became obvious the whole place was dirty …towels, pools, areas of the dining room (in the 10 nights I only ate 4 breakfasts + 1 supper, which I had delivered on the night I arrived and was charged an extra 100 baht to be delivered from the kitchen!!) worn bedding, “white” towels with grubby threadbare grey middle sections!! constant smell of sewerage in my bathroom due to the room above waste running through the same open drain as mine, bedding changed once + turned inside out once, floor never washed in 11 days. Often an extremely strong smell of sewerage near the dining area, so much so one could actually taste it (wasn’t to bad near my room but if one had paid for a bungalow with a small private beach, bad luck) I went into Maenam village and Fisherman’s village to look at other hotels but none were suitable due to full occupation for the length of time I required or only having smoking rooms available, yet oddly the paradise bay had only 20 rooms occupied… Then I got sick….embarrassingly I had to ask house keeping to change my slightly soiled bedding one night, I sat in the room whilst this was done, to my horror/disgust the mattress cover was absolutely filthy ( no not from my small miss-hap in any way) covered in dried stains…I watched open mouthed whilst a “clean” sheet was placed on top…duvet cover was also replaced but I couldn’t bring myself to watch…once all was done I checked the pillows, how I didn’t vomit….that night I sat up all night on the top of the bed, checking out just as soon as the lovely Meliá Samui Resort confirmed they could accommodate me for my final 10 nights. Not once was I asked why I was leaving (except by the taxi lady who works there) I’ve traveled for a good 50yrs of my life and never left a hotel early before…..there is so much more I could write, a dirty budget hotel at the best, if I were able to give 0 stars I would… Pros: a couple of wait staff were lovely at breakfast, the groundskeepers were always cheerful and the vodka + gin from the mini bar was delicious (I drank both twice)

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were all recently refurbished to a high standard, very clean with all the mod cons. The grounds were really well kept. The restaurant and bar were well stocked and the food beautiful. Above all, the staff there were brilliant, friendly and efficient, will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful zropical garden. Modern rooms with A/C (I had a room with garden view), rain fall shower. Super nice staff and very helpful. Outstanding location at Neam Beach close to fisherman village. Super clever beach concept: The sand beach is "raised" with direct access to the sea. Left and right of the hotel (about 50m) is on both sides with direct access one of the most beautiful beaches of Koh Samui with lots of nice restaurants and bars. 100% recommendation.

The aesthetic was amazing, I wish I stayed more nights. The room was comfortable and the decor was warm and friendly. The bed was the more comfortable beds I slept on during my stay in Thailand. The views from breakfast are unreal! Organising transport was not a problem thanks to the friendly and organised staff

We had 3 nights in room 108, in a beachfront bungalow. We loved it ! Our room was cute, with a big bathroom. We had a night desk and our own private beach area. The ocean water was clean and warm. We just loved it. The hotel looks quite underwhelming when you arrive. It's down a quiet road that is away from the main street. We were so pleasantly surprised when the ocean came into view on the way to our room. It's got a total beach shack vibe and we totally vibed with it. Loved it. The staff are so nice and breakfast was good. I'd absolutely stay here again. It's a slice of heaven.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The Staff is Amazing. They work 24/7 keep everything nice and clean. They are kind and helped us if we needed anything! They even let us stay in the hotel a little longer because our flight was later in the evening. We went in a group of 4 and are all very thankful for the experience and the stay! If we ever visit again we are going to choose this hotel again!!

Just back from a 5 day stay at this lush resort. Set in tropical jungle gardens, the bungalows are so close to the gorgeous sandy beach at the southern end of Cheweng Bay. The staff were fabulous , the bungalows were clean with lovely little touches to make this a really enjoyable stay . Definitely recommend a stay here

Just spent 2 weeks at Paradise Beach Resort and it certainly lives up to its name. Lovely hotel, great room, beautiful gardens. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't fault anything. Would recommend to anyone for a great relaxing holiday.
