Simple life is really good location and price is incredible including resort transfer pick up at pier is free of charge ,we will be back again

Nice hotel, a lot of noise in the morning can’t sleep late

Nice location, but very run down place - photos definitely not recent! Ants nest in the shower was gross, but staff were super lovely.

Simple but perfect! We loved it! The pool and the mini beach and the setting - amazing! Good location too and perfect for diving with simple life divers across the road. They were excellent. Would definitely recommend

The experience was overly glamorized in promotional materials, which was quite misleading. Check-in was confusing as it took place at a different resort, with no clear directions provided. Even when seeking information at the diving shop, the staff simply pointed me in the general direction without explaining that the check-in location was under a different name. I had requested a king-size bed but was given two single beds pushed together instead. The room lacked basic amenities like water, a kettle, and bathroom products, which should have been provided. Additionally, the swimming pool was located at another resort, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend it.

For some reason at the time they didn’t have any one at the front desk of this place but there are a few other places that are linked to this “Simple Life” brand. The room was alright, but this is definitely on the lower end in terms of luxury (it’s reflected in the price though).

Everything was great, right on Sairee Beach, the staff was great, but the power went out twice in the same night, but it didn't last long, the water didn't run, couldn't shower, overall very good.

The condition of the accommodation is deteriorating, basic amenities are not provided, such as towels, face towels, hand towels, mugs, coffee mugs, kettles, everything must walk to ask again from the hotel which may be the same owner. It's about 3-5 hundred meters apart. The employees are Burmese people who don't know much about it. The most disappointing thing is that the trip.com team has made a reservation with the web th.trip.com. I cut the customer's line, very bad and not professional in the management. This trip is disappointed with the accommodation that is not very at the cover. The price of the room is over a thousand baht per night. ** If you want to stay here, tell me.

The air conditioner doesn't work, there are ants walking around in droves

This is a very modest hotel. The room has a bed, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer. We also had a kettle, other rooms did not have one. The location is good, there are many cafes nearby. The hotel can be considered if you do not have big requirements.
