I greatly enjoyed my time here. My room was very clean with cool contemporary artsy touches. The staff was very helpful and friendly upon my arrival and departure which were both far outside of the hotel’s typical times. The single bed in my room was much larger than expected and I had space for everything. The only thing that was not great is that the sage was not easy to use, and more importantly, it was quite difficult to turn on the lights in the room, especially the bathroom. The main overhead lights outside the bathroom were automated and kept during off when they did not detect motion. It was quite frustrating but certainly not enough to deterr me from staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was great, and the room was upgraded to the next level, so I had a very comfortable stay. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no refrigerator. Breakfast isn't that great, so it's much better to buy orange juice, coffee, salmon bagel sandwiches, and other breads at the nearby Bo & Mie Boulangerie, which opens at 7:30!

The location is great. It's very close to the Louvre. The decoration is very unique and modern. It's just that it's inconvenient to get water. You always have to go downstairs.

The location was good and it was a newly built hotel,,, Paris's unique, strong scent(?) spreads throughout the guest room lobby. My head hurt because of the vibration..ㅠㅜㅜ Other than that, everything was good. Breakfast was also good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and they are good.

Very very very very very... Poor accommodation experience! On a business trip to Paris, I booked another hotel on Ctrip a few nights ago. When I came back from Milan, I booked this hotel for six nights because it was close to work. When I took a shower on the third night, I found inexplicable stains on the towels (let’s see what it could be) ...) Extremely disgusting! I asked for a refund of the room fee for the remaining three nights that I did not stay, but was unreasonably refused by the hotel and Ctrip! The reason is to book a non-cancellable room! And as the hotel side, there is no apology and the attitude is bad! ! ! The most incomprehensible thing is Ctrip ⚠️Don't say that as a gold diamond member, it is an ordinary member, an ordinary consumer. In such a situation, Ctrip should also give a refund. It is you who should coordinate with the hotel, not the consumer! I will defend this matter to the end! ! !

Very clean and very friendly service, excellent location, facilities of 10, the only negative point is that there was little space in the room to leave the suitcase, and the price was somewhat high, but otherwise totally recommended

The hotel facilities are very bad. The superior room is reserved. You can only stand in the bathtub and take a shower with your hand holding the nozzle. As a result, the nozzle line is too short to reach the head and face. Ask the front desk if it can be changed. The front desk said, or choose to voluntarily downgrade, or add money to upgrade the room. This is really the weirdest hotel I have ever seen. Then the air conditioner vent blows directly at the head of the bed. very uncomfortable. Finally, under the coordination of Ctrip, the payment was upgraded to the suite. As a result, the windows leaked, the bathroom wall peeled off, and the staff next door were cleaning the elevator, which was very noisy in the morning

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff! The room is clean and beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, very close to the Louvre, close to the bus and subway. I am completely satisfied and will come again!

Great location, close to Louvre, Orsay, transportation, walking distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants and cafes. Wonderful staff, friendly and attentive. Very clean rooms and great breakfast. Definitely will stay there again.

Very clean, chic and decent hotel. Wonderful location, you can visit most places within 1 hour walk. Gym, sauna and swimming pool facilities are a great occasion to relax. At breakfast, very experienced and accommodating staff. Compliments to all, in particular to Anas !

Great experience! Was booked thur tour company and everyone there was kind, experienced and helpful with our numerous questions. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but very clean and quiet. Area was close to metro, restaurants and shops.

This hotel is perfectly located close to the Louvre, and had many options to eat and enjoy close to the hotel within a 10 minute radius. So many lovely cafés and the metro was close. The staff went above and beyond. The only downside was that the breakfast times weren’t consistent. So make sure that you ask when breakfast is served. The breakfast is very nice but didn’t have the fluffy, creamy eggs I’m accustomed to having in Paris hotels. There is a Michelin star restaurant across the street if that’s your thing. People were lined up throughout the day to get in. Another note is December is a magical time to come to Paris. Everything is decorated, and the true Parisian culture shines. Lots of Christmas markets and fun things to do. Don’t forget to get tickets to a performance in one of the churches.
