Very limited option in breakfast. There is only one option in live breakfast. No access of gym. Amenities of room so poor

The room wasn't clean nor was the bedsheets or floor or towels. There were ants all across the floor and even in the washroom the shampoo soap wasn't clear. Ac ducts was not working at times and wifi was not at all working even after requesting multiple times

We checked-in around 4pm and the room provided didn’t had the air con working. Did several complaints but still the technician and the hotels staff was unable to fix the air con. Finally we were at the lobby till 12 am. The gave us another room also where the ac was not at all working.

Worst hotel to stay in. No cleanliness. Staff as well as managers doesnt bother about the services to customer. Rooms were not cleaned even after multiple reminders. It took them hours to clean a room. Water bottles were not cleaned. Tap water served in the name of ro water. Restaurent ac not working. Only one waiter for the entire restaurent. Who doesnt even care for customers

This is not value for money. We booked suit but were first given normal room. Then suit was also damp and smelly. Lights were too dim for family

Very crowded location, lot of dogs around and barking in the night. No food parking for suv and not adequate in numbers. Dirty bathrooms, beds clothes.

Paid for ac room but ac was not at all working during entire stay. Even after complaining couple of times still ac issue didn't fix. TV was also not working during entire stay, dth recharge was expired and no one recharged it even after complaining couple. Of times.
