The breakfast was delicious and filling. You can order additional items. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from a shopping center and a supermarket and only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The only problem was the sheets hadn't been changed in the room but they sent someone immediately when I called reception to ask for fresh ones.

Nice hotel with warm and friendly staff . Room was very clean with comfortable bed and bathroom was clean and hygiene. Front desk staff Ms Tika and her teams were great . It was a very smooth check in . Will definitely visit again. Food was great .

Friendly staff who are attentive from the reception through to the manager. Best environment and service I have ever experience. All of the staffs were so humble and friendly, they made me feel like I was staying in my home with my family. I will like to mention Ms Nargis and Ms Tika who was very helpful.

The room was very comfortable. It was very clean and hygiene. Staffs behaviour was excellent. Check in was very smooth. Reception staff done a very warm welcome. Good support from Madam Tika and Mr chirodeep. Front office manager was helpful.

After all service was excellent.front office manager n staff having nice behaviour but house keeping dept.need some improvement. Resturant food was good. regarding hotel all staff behaviour was very nice and every one person very nice n soft spoken. Thank u

The stay was great .Rooms were good with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Food was very tasty . Restaurant was clean and ambience was great .staffs were very helpful. Ms . Tika and Ms Nargis was very warm and helpful. Will definitely come again .

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had an excellent experience.The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment for both work and rest. The food at zedd kitchen is exceptional with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes.The hospitality from Ms Tika and her team was outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The stay was very good specially when you have a helpful and friendly staff. Ms Tika at reception and Mr Dipankar at Zedd kitchen was very helpful. The room was good thought small in size but it was very clean and comfortable. Food was great and tasty
