The location is very superb,calm and great place for relaxation by see the nature and backwaters. The food specially good, the services and amenities are excellent 👌

The hotel has not enough space in the restaurant to handle the dinner and breakfast properly. Over crowded in dinner & breakfast time and not enough staffs. Staff’s attitude is good. Very bad fish dishes and they have not used fresh items and its tastes very bad. Pool’s condition is very pathetic, full of broken tile pieces and my daughter’s legs were hurt. Nothing better than a lodge. Not recommended.

Excellent hospitality, evening free tea and snacks are excellent, free ½hr boating in ashtamudi lake super.
Excellent free breakfast, pre-paid dinner.
We can ony saw the smiley faces around us, neat and tidy surrounds.

Rooms weren’t that great like in photos. AC was not working in our room and we couldn’t get sleep . Room service was not prompt and unfortunately we couldn’t use the swimming pool which was under maintenance work. This was not informed prior to us.
