I don't have any major complaints, but I didn't know that the room would not be cleaned on the second night of a consecutive stay unless I asked for it, so I would have liked an explanation. The cleaning staff were very accommodating. I made a late reservation, so I didn't have a meal, but it was about an hour to AEON. The roads around the hotel are dark and narrow, so driving is difficult. If the environment around the hotel improves, I'll want to use it more.

The location is very good, hot spring. . . . . . , right next to the ropeway. The hotel is big but a bit old. There are no surprises in the food. It doesn't matter if you eat it or not. . .

On the mountainside of Yunoyama, it is suitable for self-driving people. The hotel is a mixture of Japanese and Western styles. Dinner and breakfast are Japanese-style. There is also a hot spring. If you feel bored, you can use table tennis for free.

I have stayed in nearly 100 hot spring hotels during my travels in Japan. This one is the worst. The facilities are old and poor. It feels like it has not been updated for many years. The hot springs don't have much scenery to see.

so very nice hotspring,wilike a falls hotspring,i like the exterior mint choco castle design in the middle of the mountain.The yukata or traditional bathrobe.The delicious japanese food breakfast.The fantastic view of autumn & the famous gozasho ropeway.Spectacular moment because in the top of the mountain by ropeway is a surprising snowy everywhere.Autumn with matching winter vacation by nov.25.unforgetable moments.Anyways,thank you so much trip.com.for a reasonable prize & reccomended nice hotel.More power!!

I stayed at Twin with low expectations due to poor reviews, but the room was spacious, clean, and had a good view. The food is luxurious and delicious, and you can enjoy three types of baths: indoor, outdoor, and hot. Check-in was at 4:30 pm and we were rushed to eat at 5:30 pm.
