Schönes kleines Hotel mit toller Sauna mit Blick auf den See und leckerem Frühstück! Das Zimmer sehr modern und sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Es hat alles geklappt, wir waren zufrieden

Doppelzimmer mit zwei riesigen getrennt stehende 1.40 m Betten. Alles blitzsauber. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauna hatten wir für uns alleine

Das Hotel Volapük beeindruckt mit einer freundlichen Rezeption, jedoch das Zimmer 41 bedarf dringend einer Renovierung, insbesondere das veraltete Badezimmer zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Trotzdem war das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine ausreichende Auswahl, jedoch das Halbieren der Croissants wirkt irritierend. Im Hotelrestaurant ist das Essen gut, jedoch die Bedienung unbeständig, mal freundlich, mal schnippisch.

Great room, very clean and as good as new. The service at dinner was really good. Unfortunately there was no breakfast service. There were no more rolls until 10am for breakfast at 9:30 and the milk was cleared away at 9:55... I had to clear the previous guest's plates and cups off the breakfast table myself twice, even though they promised to clean it - but nobody came! The service staff had time to have breakfast themselves from 9:45 and had breakfast and smoked outside. The breakfast service is bad - unfortunately! I overheard one of the people in charge say at the counter - what's going on, you have to bake rolls, the guests want something to eat!!! The roll basket at the buffet had already been empty for 20 minutes... There's a lot of room for improvement at breakfast. I would have liked to have given more stars for the service, the evening service deserves 4.5 stars. Unfortunately the breakfast service only got 1, otherwise everything was great!!! The food in the restaurant is excellent. Unfortunately, this joy is spoiled by the service. A self-important waiter has turned the restaurant into his stage and involves the guests in the tragedy. A sad performance that you end up having to pay for.
