I stayed here with colleagues 3 times in 8 days. The first visit I was greeted by a most friendly, understanding, humorous and friendly man who could not have made the process any better. The second visit the man hadn't a smile or any warmth in his greeting. The third time possibly due to my colleague and I trying to discuss that we didn't like having to run the gauntlet of smokers outside the only entrance and it being enclosed on 3 sides we were met with distain, sarcasm, sideways looks between colleagues and frank rudeness. There was no attempt to even try to apologise, quiet the opposite in fact being told that ”it's outside so doesn't matter!” Customer service needs attention. Rooms clean, needs comfy, breakfast adequate. Restaurant available in the next door Ibis standard hotel. Staff here very pleasant. Food below average. Position was great for our needs. Plenty of car parking. Pay at reception for parking of you require a receipt otherwise the barrier doesn't give you one and you have to go back to reception to request one to be emailed to you.

This hotel was just somewhere to put our heads down and use as a base for exploring Brussels. We had a room with three single beds, one of which folds up. It was clean, functional and had an ensuite bathroom and separate shower room. The hotel is right beside the main station, trains go to Brussels Central every 15 minute or so and take 20 minutes, kids up to 12 travel for free on the train, and the return tickets are €7.50 at the weekend, €13 during the week. There's a car park as part of the station which is €24 for 24 hours, all we needed. Yes, there were building works going on in the reception, but we had no intention of dining or hanging round a budget hotel when we could be in the Grand Place of Brussels in 25 minutes.

This hotel can be said to be one of the few very satisfied hotels in my entire European trip. The hotel is downstairs from the train station. The traffic is very convenient. There are a few stops to the Brussels Square. There are many restaurants downstairs. Transportation and food are very convenient. And the most important thing is that the room has a balcony, the view of the window is really beautiful, and the front desk service is also very good. Although it is required to hand over the key to the front desk when you go out to play, it is actually safe. If you have the opportunity to go to Brussels again, you will go to live again.

Benjamin at your Doodles bar is the true heartbeat of your hotel! The day you lose him, your hotel will lose its soul. The breakfast is passable, but it's Benjamin behind the bar who truly elevates the entire experience! The hotel is in close proximity to all famous landmarks! #1416

We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting someone in Brussels. The hotel is only a few stops on the tram from Central Station or 10 mins in a taxi. The rooms are basic but adequate for a city break. My room had a narrow balcony so just be wary if you're travelling with young children. There was no noise at night. Breakfast was also fairly basic, really just a continental selection of cereals and pastries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is an ideal option to consider if travelling to Brussels and just need someone to put your head down for the night.

Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

We got to know the hotel a few years ago and we made it a yearly tradition to come back. We enjoy every moment, from the moment we enter the hotel to the moment we leave. The breakfast is super, lots of choice and in very special surroundings... Really a true gem to stay in

The hotel itself is really nice and the food was extraordinary and delicious. Unfortunately, you cannot open the windows in some of the rooms, as they are blocked with a lock and so the air in the room was smelly and thick the whole time I stayed there. At least the staff should be able to air the room when they clean it. All other aspects were excellent. The construction site next to the hotel is not nice but it did not disturb me that much.
