The hotel is newish and looks nice. Staff are friendly. Check in at 3pm seems a little late compared to other hotels usually at 2. No TV in English. Gym is small but good enough to get a workout in. My main disappointment was the view from the room, it was not a cliff view like in the photo online. It’s a bit too far to walk to the beach but plenty of motorbike rentals around. The pool is small and not enough deck chairs for the about of people.

The hotel is quite new and fresh. Very nice and helpful staff. The pool may not be the largest, but everyone will find a place for themselves. The hotel surroundings have everything you need. Massage, restaurants, laundry and tourist information, thanks to which you can book transport to the airport for 150 BHT per person. There is a free hotel bus to the beach (registration required).

Not worth for money I think it's over price only little room, pool full of people cant even use. and the room I got is not have a good view
but i understand that the high season the price will go high than usual. anyways all staffs are nice.

When booking the hotel, we chose a room with a mountain view, paid a decent amount of money and in the end we were accommodated in another room. According to them, with a view of the garden, which is also not so bad, in fact, the view leaves much to be desired, construction, garbage and sewage. We arrived late to the hotel, as we were traveling from Phuket, I saw at the reception how our room was initially crossed out and another one was written, where we were accommodated, apparently with a mountain view was given to someone else.
We asked to change our room, but there were no rooms. Thanks to the support of trip.com, they listened carefully and went to meet.
6 umbrellas for the whole hotel, they were sorely lacking, as well as sun loungers (there are a little more) as a result, we spent one day out of four at the pool.
Breakfasts are also weak, we ate an omelet and watermelon every day. In general, this is not 4 stars, but 3 stars maximum. The beach is far away, but there is a shuttle service, we were unable to return from the beach to the hotel, although we came early to the point where we were dropped off. We were glad to finally leave the hotel.
