The bathroom was atrocious and reeked of urine. The sheets had stains on them and the mosquitoes were freely passing through the sides on the door frames. How this place received 3 stars is beyond me.

It was clean and very good value for the price. The staff were helpful and nice. I would recommend it for traveler’s looking for a good room for a good price

A few good things about the hotel are the location , huge spacious rooms and a polite and helpful staff. However , there is a lot of scope of improvement. The WiFi wasn’t working , and the certain facilities needed upkeep like the doors and phone kept ringing through the night. There was a mini fridge which was in a decent condition, and the room could definitely use a another round of cleaning. The bathroom was fairly decent too. Over all the hotel is decent for the price, but could improve in a lot of ways. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a long stay though.

Imagine a hot tin hut on a building site thick with pesticides next to a car park. Unfortunately it was Painfully hot and if you turn on the aircon it sounds and feels like a rocket ship, at night with no black out blinds it's so bright you feel like your in a refrigeration unit. Vibrations and all. The place was unkempt for sure but I knew this and was going for garden however garden was a building site/dumping ground. My garden experience was ruined by watching a man "crop dust" the whole garden, not spray on the ground but just all over the leaves ECT, which I might ad seems to be doing nothing. This white fluid smelt so strong of 'paint thiner' that I was ill for the remainder of the stay, sore hands too. I would of complained about this all however my phone to call reception was not working and I was over 1/4 mile walk to the reception and back. When I walked this distance to get TP, it took 25 mins to get across *** I wanted. I didn't use the pool. Filter seems off and I saw bleach crystals at the bottom of the pool at 2pm. Chemicals to clean pools are serious and can burn skin and eyes. Care needs to be taken Toilet constantly blocked, bathroom was so hot with a filthy skylight, hot water lasted no longer than 2 MINS, water and debris leaked when it rained. Not a safe area. We were quoted a taxi fee on the steps here and then the man disappeared, reception knew nothing nor tried to help. In fact she was so disinterested it was like I approached a random person not the person being paid to help. She looked at me and shrugged till finally being offered a rate of 2800b to my next destination when I didn't leave. I refused this con and got a cab ALONE for 2000b. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Clean hotel and amazing food

Staff was rude. The bungalows were charming but old and dates. It was over priced for what you got and I switched hotels for my last two nights. I wouldn’t stay there again at this price point.

The hotel was a disaster. We arrived 20:00 but we checked in around 22:30 - 23:00 because they said they can’t find our reservation although we had a confirmation as it was all prepaid. So they asked us to find another hotel and that they won’t refund. Finally after so long hrs they just found us a lower graded room for the night and we were trying to contact Trip.com and it was a hustle. First they was no nice, they offered a refund of first night plus another hotel reservation with compensation as well but we needed to wait till next day 10:00am so we stayed a whole night without sleeping after a 13hrs flight because no hot water for a shower and A/C was so loud, anyway… next day Trip.con representative was very rude and not professional at all, they just said now we can’t make anything for you - you need to get your own reservation and we might compensate you later. We have been waiting all night and from 9:00 we are contacting Trip.con and they end up calls and never call back and they end up chats and never contact us back. So last lady just she apologized and she offered us año hotel with refund first night and compensation one more time and she asked us to bear with her 10 mini to send us the booking confirmation from 11:00am on 31 December 2022 , so far she never called us and the reservation was never done and we were staying at the street with our luggage till 14:00 , we contacted last time another representative who just contacted the lady who was supposed to send us the confirmation email but she said that she was busy having lunch and that she won’t make the reservation. Shameful really 👎🏻 We are so disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
