We booked this room for our honeymoon stay and I must say that both of us are truly impressed with the service and the quality of stay that we experienced here. The staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel is a bit far from ao nang beach but we still had the ease of access to other places via rental bike and e-hailing and free shuttle to the beach that is provided by the hotel. The room was great, love the design and the privacy of each unit here. Best for couples and small families for a deep night sleep and good privacy.

The room is still very clean. It is a little far from the center of Ao Nang, but the hotel staff has a strong sense of service and will do their best to use a car to pick you up and drop you off at Ao Nang. It is suitable for a family to stay.

Hotel provide free rode to ao nang beach which take around 5 to 10 mins. The private pool was big, the room was clean. We love it.

There was a problem with the shower in the bathroom when I first checked in. It took two days to fix it. It was troublesome to take a shower in the first two days, but it was finally fixed. I am very grateful to Ctrip staff for their coordination and arrangements.
