Really beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.

The hotel is really good. The rooms are very clean and the staff is excellent. The location is also great if you rent a scooter. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't usable during our stay, and I only found out about it upon arrival. Also, the Wi-Fi signal is very weak, which is a shame because everything else is great. +1 for the view from the room

We spent our honeymoon for 5 days at High Tree Resort and would highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful place. We were welcomed with beautiful decorations and a personal handwritten note on the bed. When leaving the hotel, we were given a small treat. Both the ala carte breakfast and dinner was delicious and beautiful presented, with much variety of different food. We had dinner there for 3 nights and really enjoyed the tasteful food and the atmosphere. The pool area was very clean, peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming, smiling and helpful when needed

I decided to spend my solo birthday trip at this hotel and was truely impressed. Everything was wonderful and made my special day even more memorable. Huge thanks to the hotel team for a lovely cake and decoration, this truely made me feel so special 💝🎂💐 I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

★★★★★ Excellent hotel! I really loved the service – all the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any query. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. What I enjoyed most was the room with direct access to the pool: you wake up, can immediately go for a swim, and then head to breakfast – it really creates a special holiday atmosphere. The free room upgrade was a nice bonus, and I’m especially grateful for that. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and very cozy. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel isn't in the liveliest area, but it's directly across from a 7-Eleven, and a mini-Big C is a bit further down. There are cafes around, though I didn't find any particularly good ones 😬. The pier is close by, but the beach is only accessible at Ao Nang. There's scooter parking downstairs. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick. The room is small but perfectly adequate, with a fridge, TV, wardrobe, and bed. Hot water is available at reception (along with tea, coffee, bananas, and cookies). They provide two 0.5L bottles of water daily. The water supply is stable, and the hot water comes from an instant heater. There's also a balcony with a table, which is nice for relaxing. The air conditioning is super powerful – I set it to 27°C and still froze! 😂 Housekeeping is daily. For its price point, it's pretty good. However, it would be boring without your own transport.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the lobby is very stylish. The views from the rooms are absolutely fantastic. The breakfast selection is quite simple, with only 7 items, but it was still delicious. The only downside is that apart from breakfast, nothing else is served, and it's not within walking distance to a shop. So, you either have to order delivery or go out to eat or buy snacks every time. It would be great to at least have a vending machine in the lobby.

The whole trip is the most memorable, it is difficult to imagine the experience of staying in a single French house with a dressing room. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and kitchenware. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. In particular, it is a unique restaurant. Healthy and organic. No matter the breakfast, lunch and dinner are very exquisite. The price is super high! We stayed at the hotel for several days in early December. We liked the hotel. The breakfasts were quite varied and always hot, which was a pleasant surprise as we have something to compare it to. The pool was nice. The receptionist was very sweet. Our room was small. We didn't have enough storage space in the room; the wardrobe only had a rail and a high shelf, which was inconvenient to use even for someone tall like me. Our clothes ended up piled on the floor inside the wardrobe. In the shower, there was only one small, steeply slanted shelf, making it impossible to place anything on it. We had to buy a plastic floor shelf for our toiletries. My suggestion to the owner is to address this issue. Another downside was the poor cleaning. On a scale of five, it would be a three with a big minus. The floors still had hair on them, and the shower wasn't cleaned either. My suggestion to management is to improve cleaning standards. This also influences the overall impression of the hotel. One more negative was the large number of plants with dried leaves. It was clear they weren't getting enough water. I constantly felt like watering them! Despite some drawbacks, I really liked the hotel. We took a boat to Railay Beach. The beach near the hotel isn't suitable for swimming.

The hotel is beautiful. Clean and comfortable. It's a bit far from the small town in Ao Nang but that's perfect if you're looking for a romantic retreat. It's very close to the pier so trips to Railay Beach are very much available. The bungalow rooms are beautiful and clean. The landscape nearby is amazing. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. We forgot an item after check out and they made sure to send it back to us in Phuket in time. Would definitely come back for the next trip to Krabi.
