Great hotel. The breakfasts are decent and will please you. The room has a good layout with a free shower and a washbasin. Two pools with towels. A climbing wall and a small but spectacular gym. Cleanliness and silence, I recommend it.

Ok...overall, everything is ok, only that room doesn't have a lift..as I mentioned that the room is on the ground floor and the room next to it and if there is a lift, because my mother's knees are too strong to go up the stairs...my mother had to talk to go down up...

Place was nice. The receptionist was very friendly and always willing to help. It is a nice quiet area if you just want to relax for couple of days. Breakfast wasnt that bad also

I stayed for the first time at ' Maneetel Ao Nang ' on friday night. Ao Nang was very busy for ' Somkran ' so I couldnt park at the hotel but there were spaces at ' Landmark' very close by. Its in a great location with everything you might need in walking distance. I choose it as I was visiting the New ' Irish Embassy Pub ' + wanted to walk there. On arrival, there were 2 lovely reception staff who did a great job of welcoming me. Its a lovely spacious reception where the gym + pool + a coffee shop are all on ground level. The room was perfect + very nicely designed/decorated. Its small but I expected that. Theres a balcony if you want to sit out. VERY unlike the reviews previous to mine...I had a super night sleep, NO noise at all until my alarm clock went off ! The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor + you can sit facing out to sea ! Good choice of breakfast + spotlessly clean. I would be happy to return here.

Very cute, good service, ready to help I am impressed, but I would like to deduct 1 star Because when booking the room, I wrote a request that I asked for a quiet room Which thinks that the hotel should see and arrange the room as requested, but when I really stayed On the first night, it was quite noisy because the room doesn't keep much sound. When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. Which the reception lady (morning Shift) has received the matter But doesn't look very careful Not very careful what we have to know So we went to talk to the organizer. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. Which if you arrange the room zone well I think this kind of event would not happen to other guests. Thank you.

I had a good experience at the Hotel. The staff is really nice. The construction is a bit outdated and you can see that the way is the resort was thought of didn't play out in reality (or perhaps after covid). They have all of the luxuries to be an up-star resort, that would probably be more expensive. But the current price doesn't allow for such a resort to flourish and doesn't attract those kind of people that want to make use/pay for the facilities. Therefore, renovation of these facilities is needed but not done. What is done, is done in a more economical manner. For example, the water filter at the second pool is a big machine that stands at the edge of the pool and makes a lot of noise. Also, breakfast is okay but doesn't fit the status that the resort pretents to have. I was at a $15,- hotel in Narathiwat last week that more availability of Thai food. Furthermore, I just had to call 3x times and walk to reception myself the fourth time to discover that my water cooker was working, while I though it wasn't. Also this equipment was old, so you had to flip it in a certain way to make it work. If somebody would have told me the first time, I wouldn't have had to spend so much time calling and going to the reception for it. Concluding: it looks nice but not as beautiful as on the pictures... service is okay, breakfast decent and the staff are nice. Overall, the resort fits the amount per night ($50). But it doesn't need to pretend to be more than it is.

Stayed the 3rd night of our trip here. Not many people staying at this hotel coupd be because of the location. Too inn, no closes amenities nearby. No shops nothing. After checking in, my husband and I just went back to ao nang town hang out till late at night and back to hotel to sleep. Food is average, doesn't go well with my gut. Sea View is good, walking distance to the beach. No grab comes there to pick u. Luckily we met a grab guy who shared his contact, so we arranged the airport transfer with him which only costed 450thb. Otherwise the hotel has taxi which is 1000thb. Tuktuk to ao nang was 500thb whereas grab is only 199thb. 😵💫 but no grab comes to that place to pick u. May not consider staying here the next time we come, because ao nang was too good to explore.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

With the night food market just a 5-minute walk away and Krabi walking street within comfortable walking distance, convenience is guaranteed. Your needs will be catered to by the polite and helpful staff, ensuring a pleasant stay. Immaculate rooms and impeccable service further contribute to a delightful experience. Although the sink might be considered small, it proves to be inconsequential when compared to the overall positive aspects. Following our enjoyable two-night stay, we are undeniably compelled to return.

From my experience for 4 days 3 nights here, all good as described like in the description. But, i thought is provided laundry service but is not. So, those please note that this hotel have not laundry services.
