One of the worst stay in Poland, room is small, shower was broken, no shelfs inside the location to put the shampoo, the building smells, the only good thing was the location, they charged us 35 pln for the luggages

Lots of dust and unclean kitchen stuff(ex. Dirty microwave and cutlery), plus just one towel per person. Needs a little bit of more cleanliness and care. Aside from that, great location close to the center.

Great

Very warm room. The doors are a bit poorly soundproofed. The windows are great at muting outside noises. In summer, street noise (trams) may be a bit bothersome. The restaurant is a few minutes' walk from the main square and, of course, the whole of Kazimierz.

Satisfactory price for the service. Very quiet building, it's a shame that some travelers don't respect it and the intercom rings in the middle of the night because they forgot the intercom code. Also, no shutters and curtains let in the daylight.

Amazing

Great location on the edge of Kasimirez and a 10 min walk from the centre of the Old Town. Lots of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores on your door-step as well. The room was en-suite, clean, simple and yes it was up four flights of stairs but was amazing value and perfect for a short break in Krakow.

I stayed with my daughter in 49 ul dielta kod, 12 kluczyk for 3 nights. It’s basic simple clean , one double bed. A kettle and small fridge. Hand wash small soap two towels. We didn’t cook inside the apartment flat. It was right in city centre location is good. Old town maybe 15-20 minutes. Beautiful cafe round the corner we had out breakfast. Central bus mda station 20-30 minutes depending your walk speed. Been to concentration camp just over one hour one way by taxi. Highly recommend. Salt mine absolutely loved it , the scale of it and history , how good maintained loved it super recommending it. We were in spa for three hours, can tell the difference of the water , energised and relaxed. If allows planning to go again in the future with my husband. He didn’t want to go , but changed his mind. Couple of places we couldn’t manage our three day tour ended. Overall just loved the krakow. Food was nice

Tiny room nothing like the photos. Pillows were nothing more that a duvet folded into a pillow case. Tea and coffee, no milk, 2 old looking mugs and 4 coat hangers! On the third and final night of our stay we checked the bed thoroughly after receiving bites….the sheet was covered in fleas! Whole building is dark and dingy with all the store cupboard doors wide open so could see the mess. Disgusting dirty place to stay and had I had the funds would have gone straight to a different hotel!

Except for having to walk all the way up to something like the 4th floor (and which is in like a heritage building with "big staircases" with a lot of steps between the levels), it was a pretty nice stay at this place in my own room with a TV (no time to watch it though) & a good-sized ensuite bathroom. And as for the convenience of food & miscellaneous, there are actually a number of restaurants right around (including a Vietnamese restaurant with nice "filling meals" just across the street after coming down from the Hostel's reception) and a "24-hour" grocery just on a nearby street corner (across the street then to the left). And yes, there's the "best part" of staying at this place which is its proximity to the Wawel Royal Castle at really just about a 10-minute walk from leaving the hostel building to arriving at the Castle's entrance gate above a ramp-like way from the ground (for an "all-day visit" to the areas inside the Castle, the Cathedral, the viewpoint with a "river view" & also the Dragon down below) and where continuing further on for just about another 10 minutes heading north through the "quite vibrant" Old Town is to arrive at the "main square" Rynek Glowny (with just an "awesome space" to walk around). Also, much thanks are to the friendly & helpful staff members (especially the lady who checked me in then took me to my room in like a "different part" of that building block and who also showed me the tram stops behind the building).

Great location. But that’s really it. Our room had holes in the wall, the toilet seat was broken and fell off. Plates were dirty, and the microwave in the room was far from clean. The website said that the hostel had 24 hour reception. We got locked out of the apartment building in the middle of the night, and tried contacting the hostel multiple times. We got in after 3 hours in the cold weather, only because another guest had a key. When we told the hostel, they didn‘t seem to care
