The breakfast at the hotel was great, although the choice was not too much, but the quality was high. The only thing that is criticized is that the room is a little dim, but the front desk staff is very good. I will choose this store next time in Krakow.

I stayed here 6 years ago and returned with 5 friends as it is so well located and we were so well looked after by the staff previously. This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. We have just returned from 3 nights at the hotel and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The room was massive, clean and uniquely furbished with so much space and everything you would want or need. Our room was at the top of the building and the ceiling was all glass which may cause a problem in the summer but was not an issue for us at the end of March. The breakfast was very nice and tasty with a good selection and excellent service. Location wise the hotel could not be placed any better, right in the heart of the old town and on the main square. A perfect place to stay for a city break and I would highly recommend it.

The room is large, there is a place to put the box, but the bed is not big, not far from the old town and the train station, probably in the middle. There is a music school in the hotel, and there are always students from the college who are practicing the piano and passing out beautiful music. I don’t know if the air conditioner in the room is broken, not too cool, the house is quite tidal, the other is ok, there is breakfast, but the variety can not eat much.

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

The main bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and a local supermarket is slightly over 5 minutes away. Will happily stay here again when we next visit Krakow.

We booked a studio and on arrival we were quite suprised to be asked for a deposit of 350PL for the room, which we will get back at the end of our stay. But we were told it could take a few days for the refund to go back into our bank. I havent seen any comments on this, so be prepared. The first room we were given was up on the 5th floor, this meant going up 5 double sets of concrete steps and as my mobility isnt great, we got to the 2nd floor and had to come back down (no lifts) to be fair the lady on reception changed our room and we were fiven a room on the 1st floor. Room is very small, but clean and tidy and suited our needs of being a bed at the end of a night. Breakfast is in a restaurant just to the right of the apartments and is pf excellent quality, so worth the extra. Its not like a Hotel, so no cleaner comes into the room during your stay, which was ok for us, but that means no bins will be emptied, so just be mindful of that from the bathroom point of view. Id come back here, we just needed a base for after our trips out. It is situated in the old town and literally a couple of minutes walk to the square, where you will find everything..

The apartments were spotlessly clean and situated within about 2 minutes walk of the main square but also facing our own square. The only downside was we were on the 5th floor- and there's no lift (122 steps- I counted them). However I think we got the best of the apartments under the eaves with a lovely view over the rooftops of Krakow.The apartment had everything you could really want from a holiday apartment- very well equipped in the small kitchen, shower room with hand soap and shower gel, and very comfortable bed. Also our top rooms had a small balcony- not available on the lower floors. Our little courtyard was full of fairy lit Christmas trees (I think they stay up until 1st Feb) and looked really pretty. We went B&B and the breakfast was in the cafe next door - Royal Scandale- which was also lovely. The staff were very friendly and the food and service were excellent. Overall- apart from the many stairs this was a lovely apartment in a great spot.

We had a great weekend in Krakow. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was a good size, clean and had everything we needed. Be aware - there is no doors to the bedrooms. There is a minibar that can be used as a fridge, the bathroom has nice Rituals products. There is a Starbucks and another small cafe right outside where you can have breakfast and also 2 small minimarkets. 5 minutes walk to the marketplace and about 15 minutes to the Wavel Castle. The staff in the reception is nice and helpful and will keep your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.
