as many comments mentioned, sure you can tolerate the yellowed stained smelly pillow and sheet-cover before booking! said deluxe room window is either towards corridor/parking place!!

I will never stay in this hotel anymore! We booked 4 rooms all have problem with house keeping never change bedsheet and clean up some rooms ,the pillow was extremely old with stain and smelly! 1 of the room was flooded and reception told us all rooms fully booked for that night. Most terrible hotel stay experience ever! I highly NOT recommended this hotel to anyone.

Worth it for stayed at Kuantan, far a bit from the Town, but still accessible. Too limited parking lot, as congested with Residential area.

The check in process was smooth. Room condition is quite bad. Smells bad as there is no proper ventilation. Bed sheets not quite clean either. Toilet is dirty.

This considering budget hotel but the price is not budget.look from apps the hotel was location at upstairs.but I get this room is like rental room and +free cockroaches

This hotel in the house building and there put a small room inside the house. the bed is good and clean. the toilet also clean. check in process wass smooth and fast.

The price of accommodation was affordable. However, Sun Inn hotel chains are always disappointed me by their cleanliness! Dysfuntional water dispenser. Car parking provided.

Not too bad.. just cleanliness need to upgrade sgt teruk .. staff friendly, AC not bad sejukk, ada kipas syiling lagi.. bilik pun not too bad, sgt luas utk triple rooms laa bilik lain not sure.. utk stay 1 mlm boleh laa, utk setakat tido for rest okay laa.. Ohh yaa gmbr jgn percaya sgt ,, sbb indah kabar dari rupa 😅

Ideally located not far from city centre. Very clean n spacious room with friendly reception. Safe parking infront of the property and access to nearby petrol station plus restaurants nearby.
