It was a very pleasant stay and great rooftop bar. Drinking water bottle refill station on each floor was a great idea.

Lovely hotel with great views over the beach. The rooms are fairly basic but for the price are great value and the beds are comfortable. Thanks for the stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again…

The hotel is a little far from the fish market. But it has its own swimming pool and beach near the sea. The hotel and sea view rooms have good views, but the sea water is not very blue these days. The room is generally unsatisfactory, because it is also near the sea, so there is always a damp feeling. And there is no quilt, just a quilt cover. The air conditioner is old and noisy, and I almost couldn't sleep at night. There is no free bottled water in the room. If you want to drink water, you can only buy a bottle at the front desk for 320 rupees. But Lanka's service is pretty good, and the locals feel quite enthusiastic. So this hotel has many European and American white people staying.

The room is okay, but the air conditioner is too noisy, and the heating and cooling are a bit abnormal. I have reported it to the hotel staff, and he said that it will be improved. This price is a good deal. It's just that the swimming pool is not suitable for children.

Good budget friendly hotel for your first/last day in Sri Lanka. One hour from the airport. Big rooms and good bathroom. Clean, a big bench to put your bags and enough space to put your products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good with fresh juices, fruit, pancakes, eggs, bacon & some Sri Lankan options! Nice pool and beach acces. Some shops outside of the hotel and close to some good restaurants.

we passed by this location by chance to have a snack!!! the place surprised us very much, really welcoming and a swimming pool with sea view, a really nice rooftop bar area!!!! We drank a few beers and ate club sandwiches (good) and rice with fried eggs (good)....later we had a pizza with pepperoni (tasty but really really small in size)... Mr. Vimukthi, a helpful and well-mannered boy, followed us from start to finish!!! I would advise the structure to clearly specify the actual amount of taxes to avoid misunderstandings with customers. For the rest I must say that it is very very good!!!

The day out package was wonderful, location is beautiful, quite and the pool was amazing 😍 the food was good but maybe add more options for the mains and dessert to the day out package menu might be a plus point. The butter cake offered for tea was absolutely fresh, yummy and soft.

I have stayed 2 nights in this place with my friends in here.it was amazing experience for us.staff is so friendly and "Mr. Shane" was supper help full.Room is clean and food was great.thank you again guys for make our holiday meaning full.hope to see you again.
