"A small hotel, with simple amenities. TV had only 1 Eng channel, with unclear reception. But the service by a young man who manned the reception counter was amazing- he was also the one who cooked & served a simple breakfast of bread, eggs, fruits & drinks. After a 24-hr shift, this guy was still smiling as he served & topped up several rounds of our breakfast! Really service at its best - can't recall his name but he had longish hair & wore a curly toed leather shoes. Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality! Will recommend Limeshine just for this guy's humble & genuine care."

"Our first time in Sri Lanka and it was exceptional! The location is perfect — close to CMB Airport, making it very convenient for late arrivals. The 24-hour reception was fantastic; we were warmly greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. We even had the chance to cool off in the clean, refreshing pool. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless. Breakfast was outstanding — a generous three-course meal with fresh fruit, juice, beautifully cooked and seasoned vegetables, followed by an omelette and sausages. Absolutely delicious and plentiful! A special mention to Damith, who went above and beyond to help us organise rides and offered great local recommendations. Overall, a very pleasant experience — highly recommend staying here!"

Остановится на несколько дней, если вы уже распланировали свой маршрут и знаете, где будете питаться - хорошее место! Я вернусь сюда в конце своего маршрута ещё на 2 дня. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и всегда готов ответить на ваши вопросы. Обязательно выбирайте опцию «завтрак», так как я просто не нашёл места, где можно позавтракать."

"Amazing beachfront hotel, very very good service. Rooms looks better than on photos! Extremely good price/quality offer! We stayed during New Year's Eve and Gala dinner was mind blowing - so much choice, delicacies of all sort, tasty and desers are from heaven as well. Ochen ochen xorosho. We could see all Negombo fireworks. Hotel team also provided us with the early breakfast package because we left early morning on January 1st! They really did go above and beyond to help us feel truly valuable guests! We will return! Thank you Earl's Regent Team!"

"I chose this hotel because I had a night flight. I was worried that it was a new hotel and not listed on Google Maps, but I managed to get there. I didn't know what to do when I arrived at the hotel at night, so my taxi driver contacted them. The owner was very kind! ︎The room was clean, and the garden was cleaned in the morning! ︎"

"Номер чистый, убираются каждый день. Из плюсов все. В номере нет питьевой воды, только в холле стоит кулер в котором нет горячей воды только холодная, нет чайника, нет фена. В ванной только кусок мыла. С потолка постоянно сыпется что то похожее на песок. Завтрак не включен, покупать на месте 10$. До океана близко но пляжи грязные, океан грязный, купаться не советую. Переночевать перед полетом пойдет не более."

"It's very close to the airport, about a quarter of an hour's drive. I chose this place to catch the flight to Male the next morning. The facilities and environment are considered clean in the resort. There are no problems with air conditioning and hot water for showers. The hotel also provided take-away breakfast when I left the next morning, which was unexpected and gratifying. It's just that the local service staff like to ask for tips very directly, but because I didn't ask her to carry the luggage or do anything else, I decisively refused. Of course, this didn't affect me at all, but just reminded Chinese people who want to come to Lanka to play that they should learn to say no. It's too easy to be cheated."
