"Very nice hotel with great and helpful staff, the room was spotless, and everything worked. I asked for coffee, and freshly brewed coffee was provided as a complimentary A new ironing board was provided promptly and with a smile, the service was superb. Airport transfer was organised in a very nice car at a reasonable price; it arrived ahead of time, this was nice as we could leave a bit earlier and enjoy the lounge at the airport I would highly recommend the hotel to transit travellers as it is close to the airport, there are a few eating places and a nice supermarket in close proximity"

The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay near the airport. Highly recommend for travellers looking for convenience and great service!"

"Good location, 25 mins from the airport, 5 mins walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. Clean rooms and pool. Let us check out a bit later because of the flight. Good option to stay in your first or last night in Sri Lanka. The only thing which needs to be improved is breakfast, small variety of food."

"Jetwing Beach is lovely hotel. Right on the beach, good spacious rooms, with everything you need, very clean and good AC. Rooms over look the pool and beach which is nice to wake up to every morning. The staff are a credit to the hotel with fantastic service from house keeping to reception to pool attendants. Could not fault it. Food and Drinks are excellent too, try the Terrace Bar for cocktails you won’t be disappointed. Food is good value at the Beach / Pool Bar too Would definitely recommend this hotel if your coming to Negombo"

"I only used one night during my stay in Sri Lanka. Despite the check-in around 1:00 midnight, the staff welcomed me very politely and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The view from the room was also great and I was able to spend a relaxing time in a quiet and calm atmosphere. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was polite and happy. It was a short stay, but it is a hotel that I would like to use if I have another chance. Thank you!"

"I chose this hotel because I had a night flight. I was worried that it was a new hotel and not listed on Google Maps, but I managed to get there. I didn't know what to do when I arrived at the hotel at night, so my taxi driver contacted them. The owner was very kind! ︎The room was clean, and the garden was cleaned in the morning! ︎"

"Google has a different name, and there are cafes everywhere. Overall, it is OK, there is no dissatisfaction, but you have to bring your own toiletries, only soap."

"The sanitation is OK, the quilt has a little smell, the bathroom should be renovated, it's OK, but not big. The wardrobe is relatively simple, the safe in each room is different, and some are not fixed to the wall. The room rate is high because it is close to the airport (4km), and you may not be able to get a taxi at night. The Uber driver will cancel the order and raise the price on the spot. Some hotel reservations include free airport pick-up/drop-off, which is good, and the car is relatively new. There is a third-party business car that can be rented with the driver, and the round-trip price is OK. The service is very good, 90% of the employees are very enthusiastic. The communication with the duty manager is also relatively smooth. There is a souvenir shop downstairs where you can buy recharge cards. The seafood noodles in the Chinese restaurant are not bad. It would be better if the sanitation could be better. The front desk is slow, but the overall service quality is good."
