__WeChat313789****The hotel boasts a convenient location, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The front desk staff are welcoming and responsive. Excellent value for money; I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the subway station and popular attractions. It's surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, making travel convenient.
- Modern and minimalist decor with a well-designed layout;
- The mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a good night's sleep;
- The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, reliable hot water, and good quality toiletries;
- Bonus details: Free bottled water;
From the facilities to the service, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for business travelers.

УУльяна М.A good hotel when after the flight you want to breathe and not start from the place to the career, in the sense of the island) got into the season, the guests were a little, so on a small parking lot the rented tuck-tuck went without problems. The friendly staff with a great drink and switches for the charter, the number almost)) with a view. There is an exit to the sea, although I'm not sure that it is comfortable to swim there but the sunsets are chic ;) The pool was very good by the way. Bear in mind that there is no infrastructure nearby, not wanting to have dinner in the hotel, went to search and searched for enough time. Perhaps it was necessary not to wander around the neighborhood, but to give the local cook a chance, as breakfast was quite simple but delicious

JJOHANNES ALBERTUSWe had a room with two double beds and an AC, this was perfect for our family of 4. We landed in Sri Lanka at 9 pm and just needed to place to sleep before we officially began our holiday. The lady working at the frontdesk was very kind. We also got bottled water in the room, which was amazing since we did not stop at a shop before heading there. We arrived at night and left again in the morning, so we are not sure if there are shops or restaurants around this area.

RReginaBunnNice hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Service on the resort is great. Resort has 3 swimming pools and beachfront. However, the beach was not clean, was a lot of garbage on the beach. Maybe due to a season, we couldn’t swim in the ocean. Overall our stay was pleasant. The main restaurant had strong understanding of dietary restrictions and was able to provide us gluten free meals, including gluten free bread.

-Territory of the property is huge. Big garden and its all green. There is swimming pool also.
-Big room as you can see in the video. One big bed and one small bed and lots of space in the room
-Amenities such as small fridge and closet are available inside the room.
-View to the garden and the pool.
-Access to the garden from the room with sitting space is beautiful
-Airport transfers are provided by hotel if you provide your flight details.
-Totally worth the price as we booked it under $40.
Cons:
-Location is in the opposite direction from the airport to the city. If you have short stay in Colombo and you want to see Colombo as much as possible, the location is not great for you.
-Property is not in the great condition as aircondition was leaking and bidet shower was leaking as well

TToubirendaI got off the plane late, because I had to go to the fish market in Niganbu early, and I specially set this place. As the first night of landing in Sri Lanka, the hotel was very good. The door is open sideways, not very obvious. The reception was very warm and I kindly exchanged travel advice when I checked out. The facilities are not complete, there are no dental appliances, the wooden door needs to be locked with a key, but it is very clean, and the bed table bathroom in the whole room is spotless. Bring a small restaurant with a bright window, go out to the fish market seven or eight hundred meters, close to St. Mary's Church. More cost-effective

IIRA KAGood location - between Main street and beach (and juice bar and yammi local food in 1 min). New rooms and very clean (thanks housekeeper Jay). Nice patio and silent (and independent entrance). But owner is wheeler-dealer, will take extra charge for everything! seems like a not as BB guest house, be like 5star hotel: breakfast 10$, transfer at airport - 25, checkout after 4 hours - 10. Despite, f ex linen and towels not changing/room service doesn’t every day here. I think, greed of owner - is the reason why this hotel is empty…

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great beachfront location with a decent size pool and plenty of restaurants to explore by foot. I ate dinner in-house once which was good and arrived quickly. The room I had booked was fan-only and fine for me. Breakfast was great and staff went out of their way to fulfill my expectations. I received a kettle as I stayed 8 nights and wanted to drink tea on my balcony. The most notable aspect really is the friendliness of the entire team. Everyone is really genuinely pleasant and made me feel at home.

Ssuguru ishikawaThe pool was under renovation from July 11 to 25, so I understood that the significant discount was likely due to that.
The room was clean and generally comfortable, but the position of the air conditioner in the bedroom was not ideal — the cold air blew directly onto the bed, which made it very chilly while sleeping.
As for the location, the hotel is not directly on the beach but across a road from it. If you want to feel closer to the beach, staying at a beachfront hotel might be a better choice.
