"The location was great and the room was big, but room had a musty smell to it but we weren’t in the room during the day for long so it wasn’t a big issue, the internet is abysmal at best. Breakfast was good and they had a restaurant for lunch/dinner. Only other thing was the owner’s family or owners group themselves sit in the lobby sofas and by the pool, making it restrictive for guests to sit relaxed in the lobby or the pool without being stared at all the time. But if you just want a room in a good location and won’t be staying the in the room it’s good."

"Such a lovely place to stay. Great view over the lagoon, watch the fishermen boats drifting by, sunsets are so beautiful. What made my stay so special was the host.He was so kind, even woke up before sunrise to walk me to the bus station making sure I could then travel on safetly yo my next destination. Room had a fan but srill found it a bit hot. It did not worry me anout the cold shower as it was quite a relief. Clean room and comfy bed. Definitely come and stay here."

"We initially booked this hotel for just one night before continuing our journey through Sri Lanka, but as soon as we stepped into the room, we immediately extended our stay for another night! 😊 We're traveling as a family with a 2-year-old child, so comfort and convenience are especially important to us. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth before we were shown to our room. From the first moment, it was clear—they truly care about their guests here. The room turned out to be incredibly cozy and spacious: two separate bedrooms, and a private kitchen with a refrigerator—perfect for traveling with a toddler. The room has absolutely everything you need: toiletries, dishes, frying pans, a pot, and cutlery. We particularly appreciate the four air conditioners, which kept the room perfectly cool and comfortable on a hot day. We had been traveling for a week and had accumulated a lot of laundry. The hotel staff kindly offered to wash our clothes for free, right there at the hotel. And when a drying issue arose, they quickly bought a floor drying rack for us, also completely free of charge! This level of care and customer focus is truly rare. A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, assistance, and attention to detail! We will definitely be back on our way home ❤️"

"I really liked everything, the breakfasts were good. The hosts were kind and welcoming. There was always bottled water. You can always ask for something, and they'll fulfill it. Everything was great."
