"The hotel room was very smelly and the attitude was very cold. After observing it, it was not only cold for us to all Western passengers. There was no quilt, and I almost died cold at night to take my clothes out to cover it. There was no toiletries or shampoo bath lotion in the bathroom.
I don't care about other things, so far the observation of this country seems to not know what the quilt is, every hotel is not what is going on!"

Great place to stay. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room size was spacious and it was great to have a choice of AC or calling fan. Great to having a working smart TB too. Choice of minibar options was perfect and at reasonable cost. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Overall, it was pretty good. We landed late at night and stayed for two nights. The room facilities were decent, hot water was fine, and the AC was quiet enough. The balcony was also very spacious. I had been debating between this hotel and Blue, with a few hundred price difference per night. After staying here, I realized that whichever is cheaper would be fine, as they are directly connected. The restaurant food was good, and breakfast was mostly Western-style. My kids had a blast looking for shells and crabs on the beach. There's a small fish market on the right side of the beach, and after seeing that, we didn't even bother going to the Negombo fish market.

The feeling is very good, except for more bugs. The spa is very special! Like it, it is recommended to feel it. Check in first came a light ceremony (this is one of Sri Lanka's highest courtesies to VIPs, integrating Buddhist water supply, light blessing and flower purification into the core link of ”Welcome Pooja (Pujia welcome ceremony)”, which means praying for you: safe journey, clean body and mind, and all the best.)
After the room was arranged, the service staff brought the check-in introduction and sent the juice (Sri Lanka juice freedom, 0 added), and the housekeeper sent us the luggage later. The next day's activities, from 5:30 to 6:30, there will be yoga (not very strong, mainly relaxing and happy), there will be a healing spa at 9 o'clock, breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 (breakfast slot: very slow! If the spa is about 9 o'clock, you can come to breakfast at 8 o'clock).

Amazing hotel with a lot of care and thought put into the little details. Feels very unique with the suites having a very architectural type feel, example recsess in the bathroom for light features and shelving etc. the door however had an old rusty handle which would fault, locking you in! Had to leave the door open propped by a bin. The pool is beautiful although not as clean as our previous hotel at Heritance Negombo, a few doors up. The power also cut out 10+ times over an hour period. Maybe the switch between solar to grid needs to be upgraded. The single lift is also very old and tiny. Definitely needs an upgrade. Spa was good, breakfast was fairly standard however fresh pancakes were a treat after 2 weeks of eating stale hard ones at other buffets haha

The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy. What I was not satisfied with was that I booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up getting a double standard room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system. Also, the plug of the washbasin was blocked, and I didn't know how to open it🥹

The hotel is in a great beachfront location with a decent size pool and plenty of restaurants to explore by foot. I ate dinner in-house once which was good and arrived quickly. The room I had booked was fan-only and fine for me. Breakfast was great and staff went out of their way to fulfill my expectations. I received a kettle as I stayed 8 nights and wanted to drink tea on my balcony. The most notable aspect really is the friendliness of the entire team. Everyone is really genuinely pleasant and made me feel at home.
