My friend was given a room which did not have a private bathroom inside, it was outside, a public one for the hotel, although I paid for 2 Deluxe Double rooms which contain private bathrooms... so that made him very uncomfortable and he had to use my bathroom, and also it was not correct because I paid for more, that part was disappointing. đ«€
Nice things were blankets were provided, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and 2 towels per person, very grateful for that.
A/C and hot water were good đ
Its nice for 1 night stay.
20 minute walk to restaurants and 5 minute walk to ATM.

An Excellent Hotel with a Caring Host!
We are very happy with our choice! The mattresses are high-quality, we slept wonderfully after a long trip to Sri-Lanka. The terrace is simply our favorite spot!
Special thanks to the host for handling a non-standard situation: we originally booked 2 nights, but after the first night, our plans changed. We wanted to explore further into the island and then return to the same hotel 10 days later. The host was very accommodating: he seamlessly split our booking into two parts (the first night and the later night), which was extremely convenient and cost-effective for us. Moreover, he gave us excellent advice on the travel route around the island.
What can be improved: neighbour's dog was a little bit noisy in the evening.
We greatly appreciate the flexibility and hospitality! I definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room size was spacious and it was great to have a choice of AC or calling fan. Great to having a working smart TB too. Choice of minibar options was perfect and at reasonable cost. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

It suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety

A good hotel when after the flight you want to breathe and not start from the place to the career, in the sense of the island) got into the season, the guests were a little, so on a small parking lot the rented tuck-tuck went without problems. The friendly staff with a great drink and switches for the charter, the number almost)) with a view. There is an exit to the sea, although I'm not sure that it is comfortable to swim there but the sunsets are chic ;) The pool was very good by the way. Bear in mind that there is no infrastructure nearby, not wanting to have dinner in the hotel, went to search and searched for enough time. Perhaps it was necessary not to wander around the neighborhood, but to give the local cook a chance, as breakfast was quite simple but delicious

The settings and pool are fabulous. The accommodations look amazing. However mine was damp smelly and I felt stuffy and had headaches every day. Windows at night couldnât be open due to monkeys etc
The owners guna was a lovely manâŠhe really was but he failed to solve anything ref the room. Felt he wasnât concerned at all.
Building work started 8am- gone 6pm which was not at all relaxing by pool or morning coffee. I failed to do my yoga as noise was too much.
I have to say with the smell damp and noise I did not enjoy my stay at all. Although food staff & settings were lovely

A very pleasant trip! Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Since it was our honeymoon, they even gave us a small cake! The room was spacious, though the furniture was a bit dated, but the view was fantastic, directly facing the infinity pool and the beach. In the mornings, you can go to the beach to watch fishing; there are so many seagulls and crows, and even dogs! If I ever stay here again, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel is in a great beachfront location with a decent size pool and plenty of restaurants to explore by foot. I ate dinner in-house once which was good and arrived quickly. The room I had booked was fan-only and fine for me. Breakfast was great and staff went out of their way to fulfill my expectations. I received a kettle as I stayed 8 nights and wanted to drink tea on my balcony. The most notable aspect really is the friendliness of the entire team. Everyone is really genuinely pleasant and made me feel at home.

Traveling Tan
I stayed in this hotel for a week. Itâs only been open for 5 months and at first appearance it looks good, but taking a closer look itâs still being built and repaired. There are still cables jutting out of the wall and ceiling. Although the kitchen is featured in the photos of the room, it has no tap, the cupboards are sealed. I raised some of my concerns when I arrived with the general manager when he asked me questions about my stay and he seemed blasĂ© about addressing it. Based on what was paid, this hotel is overpriced. There are still cement stairways and drilling taking place during the day. The WiFi is awful, they finally installed a router in my room which took the week to do and it only worked on the day of my departure. The best part of the hotel is some staff members who will go out of their way to help, special mention to Jazz. They have a great pool on the roof. Until itâs fully built I wouldnât recommend staying here!
