Communication via WhatsApp was absolutely problem-free and well-organized. Very helpful team and responses were prompt. Our apartment (2 beds) was very clean and well-equipped (towels, small balcony, full kitchen). Lucentia Residence is very well located (Hang Tuah station; or via Grab Taxi or airasia move) and is right next to the Lalaport Bukit Bintang mall. There is a direct connection to the mall via the "G" floor. Berjaya Times Square is also easily accessible via a walkway through the Lalaport Mall (exit by the bookstore). Both pools (floor 35, 3A) were clean and the view of the city was amazing.
