L’hotel à annulé ma réservation 3 jours avant mon arrivée alors que celle-ci était déjà payé!!! Et que je voyagais avec deux enfants…ils n’ont pas fait l’effort de me reloger ailleurs ou me proposer quelque chose d’autre… rien! juste un message disant il n’y a pas de disponibilité!!! Alors que je repete , la chambre était déjà payé et qu’ils sont annulés 72h avant mon arrivée!!! Comment c’est possible!!! VRAIMENT HONTEUX.. Ne réservez pas cette hôtel si vous ne voulais pas que ca vous arrive….
