Sangat teruk. Bilik terlalu kecil, tandas juga susah bergerak. Dinding kotor. Hanger baju semuanya rosak. Bilik berhabuk. Aircond rosak. Heater tak boleh pakai. Sangat teruk.

Arrived late at midnight and the check in was smooth and steady. Very busy place and you have to park @ paid parking. Cleanliness acceptable and the room condition was ok. Just for a night sleep and have to move out early in morning for a meeting.

The location is a bit remote, behind the city center, and you have to cross a beautiful bridge to get there. It's very noisy outside the room, so don't mind. But the room is relatively clean. There are free bottled water and coffee in the room.

The hotel entrance was next to the restaurant and the front desk was up a flight of stairs, so it was hard to find. There was no elevator, so it was hard to carry luggage up the stairs. There was a coin laundry nearby, so it was nice to be able to do laundry. The location was good, as I could walk to the Twin Towers. I came home by taxi at night, so I wasn't too worried about safety. It was a hassle to have to prepare cash for the deposit, which was necessary.
