Hotel Seri Putra Reviews

The room was extremely poor. I booked a standard twin room for check-in on the 9th, but in fact I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock on the 10th. I was originally going to check in at the Marriott AC in the afternoon and take a temporary morning break. I feel that the hotel did not reserve a room for me as ordered, but randomly gave me a 4-bed room. It faced the street and was very noisy. The sound of motorcycles and cars passing by was very noisy. The room hygiene was extremely poor, and there were dead mosquitoes on the sheets. (Does that prove that the sheets were not changed?) There are cockroaches. The bathroom faucet and basin are leaking water. When you brush your teeth, the washing water flows directly to your feet. The furniture and equipment in the hotel are very old. It is completely in line with Ctrip’s target for a new hotel opened in 23 years. Does not match
