Checked in hotel with less than 5 minutes. A deposit of RM50 was required, and the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile. The hotel has an elevator. The air conditioning cool and comfortable. During showers, the hot water took about 10 seconds to heat up, and with good water pressure . Showered three times a day—felt great! There’s a TV, but I didn’t use it. Amenities include coffee, mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste, and disposable slippers. Check-out was super quick, taking less than a minute to get my RM50 deposit back. This is the ideal hotel for attending concerts at Bukit Jalil. It’s a 6-minute walk to the LRT station, and just one stop away from the venue—no need to deal with traffic jams. Absolutely fantastic! If I ever attend another concert in the area, this will definitely be my top choice.

I had a very bad experience staying in this hotel. The room was dirty and dusty, and many crocoaches were crawling in the room, even in the toiletries box. The toilet was unclean, the towels were moldy. My body felt itchy when lying on the bed, my legs immediately felt itchy when covered with the blanket, now red spots and rashes appeared on my skin. The service was unsatisfactory. We booked a room with two large beds, and they only provided 2 toothbrush packs. We had to go to the reception to request another two. The sound insulation was bad, we could easily hear noises outside the room. My friends and I had the same feedback and we won't stay in this hotel anymore in the future. I don't recommend this hotel as it's so unhygienic. This is the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the location. It's conveniently situated near public transport, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, providing great options for dining and shopping. Access to amenities is seamless, enhancing the overall experience.

Overated. 1 star hotel are more suitable to label this business. Very crowded and congested area. Difficult to get parking. There’s no parking provided as advertised. cleanliness and hospitality very poor. Low water pressure for toilet. Television not working. Overall.. not suitable for staying in room unless you just come to sleep and go the next morning.

Booked this hotel for the reason to go for Bruno Mars 's Concert..... It is located near the station which is easy for those who have no transport.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The place are suitable for those who want to use train as the train only 300 meters. I always staying here because everything ada di sekitar hotel. Such as kedai makan, dobi, watsons and tempat ini tidak pernah sunyi.

The only good thing bout this hotel is, the location. No signal on their TV, only for display purposes. Housekeeping and cleanliness wise need to improve.

Very strategic location. You can find all types of food nearby the hotel. Jollibee, 4Finger, FamilyMart, Guardian Watson literally all you can find nearby the hotel.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. It is unfathomable how this place managed to get 3 stars. It is a one-star hotel, no more. How cannot understand the position ratings they receive. The place we filthy as can be. The window was stained yellow. Every piece of linen was stained, both mattresses were also stained. One mattress had a huge blood stain on it. Every corner of the room had dirt and cobwebs. We were there only in transit for a short night and that is the only reason we did not ask for a refund. The only positive was the absence of cockroach... There is no amenities to speak of. Anyway, the main issue was the crass, stains, and the general lack of care. We will never go back again. Period.

I actually like the place, super convenient, just a 5-10mins walk to LRT, there's a lot of restaurant around and convenience store and the receptionist is okay ☺️ I WILL RECOMMEND this place if you want to have peace at the same time easy access to people needs like what I mentioned above. Just please make sure there's nothing left behind esp. a dead cockroach, quite scared of that lol But overall, the place is excellent. Thank you
