So far so good, budget and 3 star hotel. Cannot be more expectations, overall Okla.. if your expectations don't select this hotel..

1. Cleanliness - dirty & floor not vacuum with previous guests ladies hairs.
2. Receptionist needs to practice more customer service skills as no greetings at all.
3. Room was not cleaned for 3 nights and reason given by receptionist the laundry is closed.
4. Towels dirty & stains
5. Pillows need to change as is really soft and need to discard.
6. Night time got big cockroaches flying around.
7. Night time big lizard come out behind TV, really scary.
8. TV channel limited n the reception coverage is really bad.
9. Room amenities not replaced daily.
10. Reminded overall room cleaning but only make up bed, without change of towels.
Note: Will not stay & recommend my contacts to stay in Royce hotel as the cleanliness & hygiene is really POOR. Service is sucks

Very close to tun Sambanthan subway station and kl sentural. The room has free mineral water and a small refrigerator. I forgot to bring a British standard converter but there is a domestic socket!!

The guy at the front desk was very kind! I told him I wanted to check out at 5 the next day, and he agreed, so I took a nap on the bed in the lobby.

Hotel is centrally located few minutes walk from kl Sentral main train station. Can walk to China town - a lot of places to eat. Staff are very friendly and help me with places to visit

The discrepancy of photo and the room is way too huge, I checked out urgently, very bad.
