房間
設施：這個雅居樂在海外賣房給當地人的預售房，並不是實際意義上的酒店，所謂的酒店大堂同時是售樓部，接待生同時還要接待不同來了解房子的人。我們住的房間實際是樣板房，一大股新傢俬的味道，打開窗又好多蚊子。另外，同時我們住的房對面還在不停地裝修（大概是中國舊式小區之前每座樓的距離）9點了還沒停工，非常吵！而且沖涼房的窗户正對正在裝修的樓，還沒有安裝任何窗簾等措施，非常可怕！晚上熱水衹能沖10分鐘，如果是長頭髮的女生要洗頭壓根不夠熱水洗。
衞生：房間沒有垃圾桶，也沒垃圾袋，垃圾衹能自己處理！因此不存在所謂有人來搞衞生這一事！
設施：有一個游泳池，但游泳池其實是公共遊泳池，所有人（不是住客）也可以去的，水質非常堪憂！
服務：如上所説，壓根沒有服務可言！第一天到酒店，連的士司機都找不到大堂入口，因為這裏壓根沒有接待可言的，問停車場保安，也是一問三不知，仿如保安也不知道這裡是有遊客會來入住的，以為我們走錯地方，讓我們聯繫業主！
這個是我人生屈指可數的一次住公寓的經歷，也沒想過會是如此的糟糕！

Location is good, close to the main shopping area, just a 7-10 min walk.
This is a new place (still under construction), so everything was new and clean, a big apartment complex with new amenities.
While the place was good overall, a few things should improve.
This is a serviced apartment with a washing machine and other appliances, however, there's no washing liquid, so cannot use the washing machine, and having to buy washing liquid during a short trip didn't make sense.
The shampoo was very low quality, making the hair feel very oily, so we had to purchase our own, also the body soap was not refilled during our 4-day stay, no hand soap in the bathroom.
There were 2 rooms, we slept in one and decided to keep our clothes in the other one, we had laid down all the clothes on that room's bed, however when cleaning the staff removed all the clothes and piled them up, while it's appreciated that they made sure to clean, this is the first time I see this happening on any hotel.

Beyond my expectations!
On arrival, its exterior left a lot to be desired. That was my initial observation. The positive experience began from my check-in all throughout my 4N stay in the building.
Customer service: For the most part, pleasantly delightful and polite! I’d like to commend the Operations Manager, Alex Wong for being courteous & polite for the duration of my stay.
Cleanliness: Without a doubt, the BEST feature of this location. From the walkway to the room, the sight and smell was extremely pleasant!
Facilities: I didn’t expect there to be a lot of facility in this building or at least had expected the offerings to be dingy & rundown. But NO, their swimming pool, gym, prayer room, function rooms were as top notch as can be. Amazing!
This place was newly opened too so while works were carried out, for the most part the stay was incredibly positive! Highly, highly recommended choice of accommodation for your KL visit.

This price is really worth it to live in such a house. I like the simple and beautiful style very much. The location is in the center, but if you want to come on holidays, there will definitely be traffic jams.
If you want to rest for a few days, staying in the room is also a very comfortable enjoyment. The service staff is very commendable. As soon as I heard that I ran out of shower gel and shampoo, they immediately sent it to me. This is very good🎉
The air conditioner is very cold, and the night view is very beautiful. Everything here really makes me want to go back. I will definitely book this house again on my next trip.

Cleanliness: they forget to take used towel from washroom. So, we removed this ourselves. The cleaner came in our unit after we went out and took away all unused towel. This is really unacceptable.
Location is good but finding main entrance is a challenges. The Malay reception is very helpful and guide us all the way.
The room only has 1 dustbin and without hair dryer.

Environment: The location is pretty good, just a taxi ride away from Alor Street with the starting price
Facilities: We booked two bedrooms and one living room, which is nothing to say at this price.
Hygiene: Average, with a lot of room for improvement. When I checked in on the first night, one of the last guest's socks was left in the washing machine. The bathroom floor mat was wet on the second night.
Service: The guy at the front desk went to the toilet on the first night of our stay, and we couldn't find anyone to check us in. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service was very professional and quickly contacted us. When checking in, the deposit is 300RM per room, which is cash only, but the service card at the front desk says that credit cards can be used.
Generally speaking, since we were on a business trip, our requirements were not that high. The price/performance ratio of this hotel was also very good, and there was no language barrier, so it went smoothly. Not recommended if you are traveling as a couple
