Excellent hotel, immediate check-in, deposit can be left in dollars, cleaning every day, gorgeous view, pool on the 10th floor, observation deck at 60m, 15 minutes walk to Petronas.
I want to express special gratitude to the employee who worked at the reception at 4.45 am on 11/20/2024, Grab Taxi cannot be ordered at night for cash, this employee ordered by bank transfer from his account, give him a bonus for his help!!! My experience
- Unit was large and really good for families.
- Check in and out was smooth.
- Staff are friendly.
- Midnight of my first night, total blackout for the whole floor. No explanation as to why blackout.Had to call front desk and ask to wait for 20-30 minutes, if still no current offer to change room. In the end change room at 12.45 am, had to walk down and take key because only one staff working and had to wake kids up to move. Next morning, went over to old room pick up some clothes in the washing but still no electricity so cannot open the washing machine.Luckily, the staff helped to get our clothes out.
- New room, one of the heater got problem but was solved after complaining.
- A suggestion to the management, please install a phone that direct connects to front desk as I had to call using my mobile and had to search the phone number.

To be honest, the location is pretty good. It's a 10-minute walk to the Pavilion. It's an apartment type and the price-performance ratio is okay. However, the service needs to be improved. The faucet water is not hot and the bed is small.
You can choose it if you are pursuing economical benefits, or you can choose it if you want to travel with your family.
