Nice hotel, cool pool, good location. I was confused that for all days there was no cleaning, rubbish bags should be left in the entrance.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from KL Sentral Station. It's also about a 2-3 minute walk from the Green Line, so I gave it this rating.
The reception staff were not very motivated.
There are not many elevators, so you have to wait a long time.
There are many facilities in the hotel, but no information about them can be found anywhere. I wish they would provide a guide in the room.
The room is clean and has a nice view, but there are some issues with the facilities, so I gave it this rating. Disappointing.

There are no marts or convenience stores nearby. I tried to walk to Central, but it was slower than I thought. As for cleanliness, there was a lot of dust rolling around. However, it was cost-effective and a family of three could use two single beds together without any additional cost. Even if there were a lot of people, there were several elevators so it was quick to use. If you leave your luggage when checking out, they will store it safely. They were kind.

Excellent hotel, not far from the center. The rooms are clean, there is a gym, a swimming pool, a coworking space.
Within walking distance of the Mall, shops and cafes, as well as the Chinese-Buddhist temple, a must-see.

Place is at a good location. Close to subway and Little India. Have to request room service otherwise room won’t be cleaned and towels won’t be replaced. Concierge needs to have better service especially informing guests to call via WhatsApp rather than text otherwise requests won’t be met and messages won’t get a response.
