Nice location, alittle away from the noisy part of bukit bintang. Cozy room but sound proof isnt that good, can hear housekeeper going about knocking on doors. Pillow smells even after asking housekeeping to change the sheets. Though nice perks with free minibar.

The location is good and the room is clean. But a few things could be better. The button for flushing at the toilet bowl is not working well. And the shower gel rack felled off in the middle of the night. We got the first room at L10 and there were loud noises from the AC system in the middle of the night. It kind of disturbed our sleep.
BUT the resident kitten is so cute and affectionate!! It is wonderful to have interacted with it.

The hotel staff's service is great. After arranging a city view room, I asked if I could switch to a room with a view of the twin towers. The staff immediately arranged it and would call to ask if there were any problems with the room and follow up on room issues in a timely manner.
Disposable items are provided in the room and the location is convenient. I will book a room again next time
