The hot water spoil during my stay, thus unable to use the bath tub.

Room is clean, aircond cold, however I can hear sound from outside the room (door slamming, lobby music), Make up room button wasn’t working well, had to inform staff at lobby

The hotel is so good.Have tub for suite n big for 2 of us.The interior look like cozy hotel.Nice to stay here.But the location a bit far from klcc its take 20 minutes .So far the hotel nice and comfy.Love it

The bathroom is satisfying. Price is affordable.

Big story to tell. We booked this hotel one month prior to our stay. On the day we arrived Malaysia for India around 6 a.m and then we went to the hotel for the check in but they told us that the check in has been cancelled. Hence we had paid. We were very tired and we argue with them that how you can book our room for others while we have paid. But they give us silly reasons. And then after a big argument they gave us a room. But we have to paid extra 50. So we agree. But my biggest question is first he told us that all the rooms are full and in 15 minutes I doesn't know how he got a room for us. That was a bad experience.

Really beying expectations. True value for money. Everything is just what we expect, minus the unnecessary frills and extra costs.. Only thing is the TV is a bit small and the connection is bad causing too much buffering.

Location is meh. Quite far from restaurants. There's a mamak downstairs but it's just mamak.
The service is as expected. No complaints.
Cleanliness is alright. Wished that they clean the A/C filters often.
Parking is abundant.

You will be prompt to buy a security deposit of 100 which is no way listed here on Trip.com policy. I was little fed up with the receptionist when he was carelessly asked me go withdraw the moment i only have ecash as this was not told me earlier at all. Apart from that, the room cleaners were very politely changed the bedsheets on the 2nd day when I asked to. The balcony room is just a waste of money unless you're smoker. Got free hot beverages at the lobby and the location of this hotel is very strategic.
