Need to improve on cleanliness. Customer service could be more friendly. Good security system. The hotel is in a very good location.

The hotel is situated in the crossroads in the middle of petaling street, next to Kim lian Kee, the soya water side. Surrounded by eating spots and well known street food. The outer appearance of the hotel is very run down. But the rooms are clean and ok. Tv is old but it works. It has hot shower, working bathroom. Overall is ok. The front desk is not 24hr.

Worth its price. If you don’t have high standards for hygiene, it’s ok for one night as a transfer hub

1 old man checked my booking and it took 1 hour for check-in. He gave me a old blanket and 1 tower. The room was so smelly and they didn't even change the bed-sheet before I checked in, I complained and the man gave me a bed sheet and let me change by myself.

Horrible place. Stinks of mold, dampness and dirt, pillows and bed linen are smelly and stained, the sheet is burnt and torn, it is impossible to sleep, there is a problem with the plumbing, the towels are dirty and smelly, I had to go and change them myself for new bed linen. There is no soundproofing. I won't even write about cockroaches and bugs... I strongly advise against making this choice. Judging by the public, this is a shelter for homeless people. It is unclear how this shelter got on the aggregator sites? Trip.com should not add such places at all. I am attaching a photo ⤵️

It's an old hotel with a low price, so don't expect too much in terms of cleanliness, but the location and the hotel staff are friendly and great👍

Stayed for 3 days. The hotel was dirty, the sheets were very itchy. They didn't give us soap unless we asked for it. We only won because of the location.

The sanitation is poor. The room stinks. The bedsheets are at least 15 years old and are full of patches. The pillows always smell like sweat. What's even more hateful is the Chinese old man. I booked for three days. It was clearly including taxes + the room fee had been paid. I repeatedly emphasized to it, but it pretended not to understand and asked me for 70 Malaysian ringgits in tax. It's ridiculous. It thought I didn't understand. I told it that the tax had been paid. Even if you asked me to pay it again, it would still be 10 Malaysian ringgits a day, a total of 30 Malaysian ringgits. What does it mean to ask for 70 Malaysian ringgits? Then it knew that I understood. I also told it that I travel back and forth between Malaysia🇲🇾Singapore🇸🇬 all year round and have never met someone like you. It still pretended not to understand. Finally, I told it that it was not okay ❌ I would call the police. When it heard about calling the police, it said forget it. I said that I was legal and legal, and you considered this a scam. It's not you who can forget it. You have to ask me if it counts. It's disgusting.
