The location is strategic and the room is very clean, functional aircon, and tv.

Entered a room full with toilet smell. Didn’t request to change room as checked in night time after a tired trip. Pillow cover with holes and very old linen and bed sheet with yellowish and some black stain. Not recommended. Had to check out one day earlier cannot stand the bad condition of the room. Unfortunately forget to take pic of the bed condition and toilet smell room.

I can guarantee that this hotel is closest to the Twin Tower.

Overall was GOOD but i've spent 2 hours looking for this hotel due to blocked streets. Very helpful and kind night shift's staff and this hotel very close to many affordable restaurant. My stay for 2 nights very comfortable.

The hotel is very near Jln masjid India behind mydin & near to Jakel mall . Hotel is clean & location is very good coz many restaurant around here

The location is quite hidden, very difficult to find for the 1st time.

I was assigned to a room next to elevator shaft and it was a nightmare sleeping in that room because it sounded like some construction work going there like piling or something. Room amenities and quality is good, but I wish I was assigned to a room further from the elevator shaft room.

The room was clean and comfy, easy to get food , staff service was great.

Friendly staff. Great price for solo travelers. Changed my bedsheet as it had unwashable stains. Should have a chair in the rooms as you eat on the bed and stain the bed. Small changes could make a big improvement.

A very friendly front desk staff. Had problem with the internet connection in the room but the staff gave immediate support.
