This is my 5th time here. Definitely the good decision to stay here. Close to KLCC. Clean apartment,easy to check in. Very nice environment. Easy access to the hotplace in Kuala Lumpur city. Will repeat again.

**Pros:** 1. This place is highly rated in reviews. 2. The reception staff or agent is very responsive. **Cons:** 1. On our first day, the pinned location was incorrect, but it was actually very close. I initially thought I had booked the correct location, but it turned out to be misleading. 2. In my opinion, it's expensive compared to other hotels closer to PT. 3. Their kitchen utensils are old and perform poorly. The spoons are so thin that they’re uncomfortable to use. Although the booking was for six people, there were only enough dishes and glasses/mug for two, there’s 4 “expresso” cups though very tiny unlike the apartment we first booked. 4. The swimming pool is always crowded. 5. Their washing machine has a dryer function that doesn't work. It just spins the clothes, so we had to find a laundry service outside. Overall rating is acceptable if you’re here to sleep and go but for us is a no-no because we most likely staying indoors. Price isn’t reasonable.

The house very spacious even i took one bedroom only. Suitable for families who had kids because they can leisure around in that house freely. The concept was modern and new. Reasonable prices. There’s so many people from other country staying there. Cutlery, microwave, big refrigerator, wash and dry washing machine also being prepared. The air conditioner provided was extremely cool. There were three in the house. It’s one of our precious moment staying there. Hopefully we can repeat it again next time due to hotel’s price quit high. Owh they will ask RM200 as a deposit. No need to worry its refundable. Just need to be prepare. Sorry, i took videos. Not have much photos.

Good option for business travellers, good location and good room

Great stay, thanks! The suit is very big, clean, well equipped. Everything workable. Staff was welcomed. Check in and out were fast. Great view from swimming pool on 51 floor. Cons - supermarkets and public transport are far.

There was a smell of curry in the corridor, there were cockroaches in the room, the sheets were wrinkled and I didn't know if they were changed. I felt itchy all over after sleeping all night. I will never do it again. The swimming pool is nice, but I won't do it again.

When checking in, I had to ask the landlord to get the key, which was very inconvenient. The floor in the room was very oily and dirty. I was very disappointed! 

The environmental sanitation is very good, but the inside of the washing machine is too dirty. It is probably because it is not cleaned properly or few people use it. It’s understandable that the housekeeper charges a service fee, but it’s too slow to reply to messages.

Everything else is good, but I can't find slippers. When I get to the lobby, I call the landlord on Ctrip. After a while, a handsome guy comes down to check in. You must speak English. If your English is not good, just remember the two words "check in". , the swimming pool on the 51st floor is good

The location is good, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Petronas Towers It takes about 7 minutes to walk in the other direction to the mall. There is a supermarket in the mall. There is a convenience store in the building next door in 2 minutes. However, you must contact the landlord yourself after arriving and you will have to wait for about 10 minutes. In addition, the waiting time for the lift is long The room was basically clean, but for some reason there were a bunch of ants on the kitchen sink at night. Only toothpaste, toothbrush, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, drinking water are provided, no slippers or other toiletries are provided. I'm quite satisfied with everything... It's just that the customer service didn't seem to be online very well... the questions I asked were not solved... But I will continue to stay in this hotel next time...
