We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect and close to everything, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The only small point was that the amenities could be improved a little, but overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

What a wonderful apartment. The nighttime view upon arrival was amazing & it never disappointed. Also, the view from the bed pillow made it difficult to close the curtains! The furniture and decor were lovely and the shower worked perfectly. There were enough utensils etc for a short stay & a utility room with washer and dryer. Restaurants and bars in the Lalaport Gourmet Street at ground level are plentiful. Oh, and the swimming pool with a view is astounding. Can't compliment the apartment & owners of this apartment enough.

The host was very friendly and respond our question through whtsp asap. The house was very clean & suitable for people bring their baby because it was no a little bit dust in the house. Very clean. The facilities was very good, with towels, washing machine dryer with soap for cleaning, iron, hair dryer, extnsion plug, tableware, microwave, freezer and complete with distilled water n heater.

staying here was the highlight of our trip. because this place was Amazingly beautiful!! The operator was nice. our hour was clean, bed is so comfy! zero complain.. location perfect just go to ground floor walk few steps there's a door that open's up to lalaport! got Jaya Grocer to get necessity, restaurant, food court .. not to mention the infinity pool.. the views was breathtaking! Highly recomended. i was traveling with 2 little kids and everything was easy, smooth, managable and my kids love this place too.

I am not delighted with the apartments themselves and the service. On the day of settlement, no one contacted me and sent any instructions as is usually the case in all other apartments. I had to call and ask for the settlement. After the call, it was necessary to wait for some time, although the time was already after 3:00PM.
When we entered the apartments, we immediately felt a strong unpleasant odor. The TV was with a broken matrix and the image was completely blue, very strong smell was also in the bathroom.
But the most important minus, these hidden overpayments - first with me write off the prepayment from the card for booking apartments in the amount of almost full value per night, with the mark that this amount will return when expelled. And when I was inhabited, I took full cash. As a result, I made almost double the payment for these apartments, while at the price of these apartments I usually rent apartments with a separate bedroom.
Generally, they were looking forward to eviction. I do not recommend

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, it is highly recommended for those of you who want to vacation in Kuala Lumpur. Staying only 2 nights here felt like a loss because everything was very memorable
In the future, I will choose this as a place to stay if I have the opportunity to holiday again in Kuala Lumpur

GGuest UserI went straight to the accommodation with the reservation voucher from the airport, but I was flustered because the host said there were no rooms and that there was nothing more I could do.
My phone battery was dead, so I went to the underground food court of LaLaport Mall with my heavy luggage to charge it, and after several calls with a Trip.com customer service representative, I went to a nearby hotel.
Fortunately, they found a good hotel, so I was able to stay here for 3 out of 4 nights and the last night.
I asked the Trip.com customer service representative to confirm with the host that the last night was exactly booked, and I received several confirmations.
I arrived on a 2 PM flight, but when I arrived at the nearby hotel, it was 8 PM.
My daily schedule was blown away, so I felt like I was wasting time.
I was able to stay here for the last night, and the pool, sauna, and other facilities were great, but the disappointing thing was that there were ants, the reservation was not smooth, and I had to call to ask how to check out.
I feel so embarrassed when I think about how I went abroad and couldn't even check in because they said there were no rooms, and the security guard wouldn't let me into the lobby, so I had to stand there in a panic where cars were making U-turns. ㅠ.ㅠ

However, the kitchen is sparsely equipped – there were no butter knives, no cutting board, and the non-stick coating on the frying pan was already peeling. Only after asking were we finally given a few haphazardly chosen kitchen utensils the next day. Furthermore, a dish towel, dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap were missing, all of which we had to buy ourselves. This is obviously inconvenient when traveling with just a backpack. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage the entire time, and the problem wasn't resolved during our stay.
The building itself is modern, has a great view from the rooftop pool, a moderately equipped gym, and a small spa area. Overall, the building is recommendable, but the apartment itself is less so.

GGuest UserExcellent clean, well-kept, thoughtful, stylish studio, equipped with everything necessary for living - two air conditioners, two fans, a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a water filter, a washing machine (there was even washing powder), dishes, a rice cooker, a kettle, a cutting board, good towels, even an extension cord and an adapter for European plugs. Shower with a glass door, excellent pressure, there were no problems with hot water. The studio has a smart TV with a large screen, we watched Netflix without problems.
The residential complex has two swimming pools, one on the roof with a view, the second downstairs, in the middle of the garden.
From the residential complex there is also a direct passage to the shopping center, where you can eat.
The manager is a nice young man, available on WhatsApp.
Of the minuses - it is quite difficult to get into the residential complex, the territory is guarded and barriers, entry is by QR code and passport. Overall, the residential complex did not seem very cozy, there were a lot of people, especially in the upper pool, strange planning solutions (many unused nooks) and navigation (we did not immediately find the direct route to the shopping center). Also, among the minuses - periodically there was a bad smell from the drain hole in the bathroom (it is necessary to improve the water seal), and the drying of the washing machine does not work (but there is a dryer on the balcony).

SSchwarzmaAs always Pudu is a great location with bukit bintang and klcc right around the corner. Coupled with your day to day amenities, abundance of hawker food and lrt connection.
Hotel was clean when we checked in. But have to take out the trash yourself and no housekeeping will be done in the name of sustainability.
Amenities were pretty bad. I had to enquire for a hairdryer three times and it was finally sent up after an hour or so due to the storeroom key being with another employee. Water heater is also jumpy so be ready for cold awakening in the morning unless it somehow decides to work.
The worst would be the toilet sliding door. It fell down and hit me on the head and body. Thankfully a room change was done, but the plank had no reason to fall at all. If you can't assure customer safety, then how?
Overall pay for another place. Saves you the headache and get more for your money.

AAnonymous UserI love the location it is so close to Zepp if you are a concert goer. The facility was clean with hot shower. The AC was good as well. However, you cannot see a people on their television it was more of a radio because there is no display. But KUDOS to the STAFF they are so friendly and helpful! Overall I love my stay here! Highly recommend!

GGuest UserUnlike ordinary hotels, check-in is difficult because you have to keep in touch. You cannot leave your luggage before and after check-in. This is my second stay in Lucentia, but the room is different, so I have the impression that check-in was smoother last time.
The room was large and nice this time, but there was a small cherry blossom on the table and I didn't feel like putting things. After that, I found it in a sink or washbasin, so I imagined it would be difficult to completely exterminate.
I was able to wash because I prepared detergent. There is no microwave. It would have been better if there was an explanation of the facilities in the building such as the infinity pool in the room.
The location is very good. It is directly connected to LaLaport, so it is not difficult to eat or shop suddenly.
