For business travel at KLCC convention center. walking distance to convention center, around 10-15mins walk with covered walkway. however between the walkway to hotel, there is around 200min uncovered. there is option to go to Pavilion and link bridge to bayan tree residences and 50mins uncovered walk way to pullman, the rest are awesome.

**Great Stay in the Heart of KL** I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Center and had an excellent experience overall. **Cleanliness: 5/5** One of the standout features of this hotel is its impeccable cleanliness. Very nice place to stay if you have kids. Amenities are full. They provide cooking utensils like pot, pan , knife, scissors and etc. Laundry detergent is provided too! The bath tub is slightly deeper and bigger compared to other hotel’s tub. There are oven, stove, washing machine with dryer, big refrigerator, electric kettle. What impressed me are things they provided are not cheap stuff, its all quality stuff. The bed is super soft and firm, the pillow is firm that you wouldn’t feel backpain / neck pain. Dyson-like hair dryer with super strong wind and right temperature. I’m a frequent travellers, this is the best place i had so far with compatible price. Worth staying, will come again next time !

The experience was great from the beginning when I notified my late check in due to my flight arriving almost at midnight. I know that the booking has to be respected by the hotel, but incredibly some don't do it. The hotel is 50 min from KL international airport, you can use Grab app to get a taxi and pay in cash if you can't link your card to it, that would be about 80 RM + the toll fees, that would make it around 20 usd. The staff at the front desk was so kind during check-in and check-out. I read some reviews about the construction site beside the hotel and the cemetery that is around the hotel. As for the cemetery, it is just part of the landscape, and honestly it is a good story to tell your friends about, I understand how those places are much older than modern constructions. Regarding the construction site, if you are too sensitive to noise, it might be a little annoying if your room is on that side of the hotel, maybe you can arrange the hotel to change you to the other wing. The neighborhood is busy since it is about 300m from KLCC park so it might be a little noisy during the night. The overall hygene of the room was great except that the kettle in my room still had some water. Nothing that can't be solved by washing it. There were two glass bottles that can be refilled in the filter by the elevator. I really appreciate that they stop using bottled water and reduce plastic waste. Breakfast had a lot of variety including western food, Malayan and some Chinese. I used the gym for one day because I was stuck due to heavy rain, it has a couple of treadmills, bikes, escalator and some machines, not too big, but comfortable to do some strength work. The location is great to walk to KLCC and from a couple of meters from the hotel you can take great pictures of the Petronas. About 45-50 min walking distance of central market to buy nice souvenirs, the national mosque and the national museum. 40 min taxi trip to the Batu caves, go early (8 am) because it might be a quite busy place to get to. I enjoyed my stay and definitely I would pick it again if I come back to KL, definitely recommended 9/10.

This was a lovely hotel at a great price, nice view from the room, brilliant location and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast was cheap with so much to choose from and the pool was on the roof top with wonderful night time sights.

Top notch, from the staff all the way to the amenities and breathtaking views from both the room and the rooftop pool. Planning a second and longer stay soon ☺️

I was assigned room 508 upon checkin. I go up and found out the room is occupied. The front office staff say its error n I was given another room. Breakfast is normal. The strawberry sauce is so diluted. Nasi lemak sambal is pahit. Dhall curry has burnt smell. The valet parking is terrible. I paid 3days n my car missing on 1st day. They tot I collect my car by my own. They don't even hv system Pillow cases are super smelly. It's new hotel. Services need to be improved.

I stayed at this hotel for four days because it's very close to the convention center, just a 10-15 minute walk. There's also a light rail station right outside, which is super convenient. From my window, I could see the Twin Towers, about a 20-minute walk away. The swimming pool is great, and breakfast is also good and worth recommending. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but there's a Chinese-speaking receptionist at the front desk. My room had a slight musty smell, typical of older hotels. The shower pressure was excellent, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

I booked studio twin room for this time trip and maybe I was not lucky enough this time cause there were mosquitoes keep buzzing and singing. hopefully management can do something to sustain the five stars service as always.. love to stay at Royal Chulan, the staffs are so friendly and really helpful. The foods are nice.

I booked my stay at Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur through Trip.com and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was very convenient, close to major attractions and transport options. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The highlight was definitely the pool, which was perfect for kids and gave them a great time throughout our stay. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would gladly return for future visits.
