Stunning Infinity Pool (Day & Night Views): This is easily the star attraction! The infinity pool is incredibly spacious and offers an unobstructed, direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), as captured beautifully in image.png and image_4.png. On the other side, you can swim while enjoying a close-up view of the KL Tower and Merdeka 118 standing tall against the skyline. The nighttime vibe by the pool is absolutely magical with the city lights.

Conveniently located on the main road, making travel easy. Clean, beautiful rooms that feel welcoming and safe.

The loction is excellent with easy access to many eateries. It is located directly opposite KLCC. The agent that manages the room ”Crown Suites” is a great disappointment. Upon checking in they collected RM200 as deposit from me for the use of the parking space. FIrst they gave me an apartment with wifi access. After unpacking my stuff, I told them there was no wifi and they offered me anothe apartment. I had to pack my stuff and go to the new apartment. The guy who came to 'assist' me was abrasive. When I expressed my displeasure that I had to repack my stuff, he rudely raised his voice at me and asked me what do I want? His gesture was almost like starting a fight with me. Fearing that he might get violent, I kept quiet and just packed my stuff. When I was packing my stuff, he just sat on the sofa checking his handphone. My worst ordeal came when I checked out. Tthe night before, I told them I had to check out at 7.30am in the morning as I had a meeting at Melaka at 10.30am. They told me it was ok and asked me to park my car at the lobby. Someone would come to collect the key card and return the RM200 deposit. I called them from 7.30am to 8.10am and nobody picked up. As I was running late for my meeting, I had no choice but to drive off. At 8.30am, the staff finally returned my call, by which time I was already on the highway going to Melaka. They wanted me to return the key card in order for me to get back the deposit. After my meeting I had to go to a nearby post office to send the key cards back to them. I hope they will return my RM200 deposit but if they don't I am fine with it. This is just madness. And what is laughable is they still have he audacity to send me an email requesting that I give them a 10 star rating for my review. Trip.com should consider not working with this agent in the future.

Value for money.Very strategic location. Only about 100m from Chulan MRT station, from there you can easily go any where within KL area with public transport with minimal cost. Service also very good yet will help for guest comfort.Koddos to all staff and management. Keep up the good work.

not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, but i had a perfect fuss free stay here. check in and out were fuss free. only thing is perhaps the parking can be quite tiring as need to go up to level 10 to park. other than that, apartment was HUGE bed was COMFY and shower amenities were strong enough and whole apartment was squeaky clean. highly recommended

Stayed at this hotel near KLCC and had a really great experience! The location is super convenient and just a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, malls, cafes, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for a short getaway or a longer trip. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. The breakfast was grand with three sections one for Malay food, one for Chinese and the last for Indian food. The pool is huge although we didn’t use it the gym has the required machines. The hotel is above a mall which has their grocers and other eateries and food court. Hotel is in walking distance of the twin Tower and can be seen from the pool or the breakfast area as well.

I was sceptical when booking the hotel as the design is a bit dated, but the cleanliness is top-notch! We got upgraded to a deluxe room, and the bath is just huge. We had a surprise brownie as it was our anniversary, which is very thoughtful of the hotel. Definitely a super comfortable stay. Breakfast-wise, what can I say? It has a wide variety of pastries, Western, salads, hot food and it was delicious. Walking distance to KLCC and MCD is nearby. However, if you are driving, the car park requires a bit of walking as it is located at another building. Side note: Stayed in room 1000, and I appreciate the hotel can put rubber lining at the shower glass door to prevent the water from flowing out. I slipped and fell, luckily nothing bad happened, but it could be dangerous for the elderly.

On our arrival, the room wasn't done with thorough housekeeping, a ball of hair flying when switched on the fan, bathroom floor and wall are really dirty. Fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, pots & some basic kitchen appliances were provided ( 👍🏻👍🏻) but the kettle was really dirty inside and the smell was awful. When raised this issue, we were given a brand new kettle replacement (🙏🏻🙏🏻). Out of 4 nights stay, 3 days we have access card issue. Due to their fasting period, we can't get help ASAP when we need it. Couldn't access to the lift, out of the 6 lifts, we tried 2 or 3 lifts each time to be able to use the access card. Waiting for the lift can take a long time as the hotel has 41 floors and there were too many guests. There wasn't proper communication among the staff to help out with our access card issue. Expecting the guests to go to and fro, to solve the issue (total disaster). I am never going back to this Hotel and I totally won't recommend friends to stay here either.
